Our professional experience involving meditation, npsychic perception, past life regression, andncomprehensive astrology and numerology tells usnthat when a soul chooses to inca
ate and livena life as a yogi, nun, or another, similar “spiritual”nexistence, it’s often because of a desire, evenna need (on a soul level), to work on or experiencenmore spirituality, or soul-searching. Contrary tonpopular belief, we’ve found that it isn’t reflectivenof automatic spiritual awareness, sorry.

In fact, it’s certainly possible that the 27 year-nold butcher at the grocery store, the 53 year-nold mail carrier, the 19 year-old constructionnworker, or the attractive, provocatively dressed,
45 year-old woman who’s a fan of subtlencosmetic surgery and occasional cocktails, nfor example, are closer to being self-actualizednthan any yogi you will ever meet.

A homeless person, professional boxer, militaryngeneral, and a rock star, for instance, might allnbe far more spiritually adept than the yoginfeatured in the best-seller. The insights anmusician relays through her lyrics could verynwell have far more of an mystical impact onnyour life than what you would find visiting ansanctuary, place of worship, or reading thenteachings of a prominent cleric.

You will eventually discover that it’s possiblento encounter more wisdom in your own backyardnthan it is on the other side of the planet in somendreamy, far-off place. Our apologies if this notionnis far less exotic and spiritually romantic, butnwe’ve found it to be the truth. Such ideas maynnot sell a lot of books, but they will give you a nnew perspective.

Assuming the theory of reinca
ation is valid (itnhas yet to be proved invalid), your soul (not you
personality) chooses to experience variousnexistences on Earth (and elsewhere) to learnnand grow. One lifetime might include 40 yearsnworking on a farm, another might include beingna merchant, and yet another might be all aboutnfamily, children, friends, and experiencing thenrichness of the emotional side of life.

One of the more spiritually enlightening lifetimesnfor anyone might include 30 years of solitarynconfinement in prison. Would such an experiencenbe fated? We believe so. Remember, soulnprogression happens through infinite circumstancesnand through multiple lifetimes and often may notnappear logical, from an earthly perspective.

Years ago, a past life regression client of oursnsaw glimpses of herself as a castaway on annisland in S.E. Asia sometime in the 15th century
A.D. At the end of the session, we guided her tonview that lifetime from a higher-self perspective.
She casually reported, still in a meditative state, nthat the extensive isolation in that life, amongnothers, was vital to her soul growth because, afte
her basic survival needs were met, she (in thatnlife, a he) had no other choice but to go withinnand reflect.

What happens when you go within, such as whennyou meditate? You get your own answers and youngain clarity about your life, your path, andneventually the meaning of life. You become then“higher being” who knows best. Meditation, ornbetter, even if only for a short time, a monastic, nor solitary existence can be like a spiritual bootncamp for earthlings who have, for whatever reason, nignored their spiritual side. Might a person livingna monastic existence already be self-actualized?
Yes, and we can disce
such things through ournwork.

A review of her (the woman who had the castawaynlifetime) comprehensive charts shows a muchnhigher level of knowingness, as reflected by dozensnof key indicators and subsequent patterns. In ournprofessional opinion, she has earned the awarenessnthrough past life experience, and no amount of studynin an ashram or temple in this life (aside fromnhelping her to remember her innate wisdom) wouldngive her that now.

The point we are making is that truly spiritual peoplenoften appear otherwise to many who are conditionednto think that one must be of a certain age or part ofna structured faith or discipline to have divine insight.

At the same time, we believe that there is a placenfor all the various spiritual adherents and thei
respective leaders in this world. They are doingnexactly as they are predestined to do, and wenrespect all faiths and all practitioners, as long asnthey are not hurting others.
