Becoming A Great Garden By Botanism

When God sets His Seal upon you, then you are created anew just like the earth. One of the first things to happen is botanism, whereby just like the new earth you become a garden.

When you become sealed you go through stages similar to the account of the creation of the earth in Genesis. First there was darkness. And God created light. He saw that the light was good and He divided the light and darkness.

So there was day--the first day. And there was the first night after the first day. That first day God created the atmosphere and clouds and divided between the clouds and the water upon the earth.

This is just like the division between the Holy Spirit living within you, which is the water upon the earth, and the Holy Spirit ministered unto you by another, which is the water in the Heavens.

You are that earth. And you have a virtually unlimited supply of water within you which is the Holy Spirit who has come to live within you when you are sealed. This is how you feel the presence of God regularly on a daily basis.

Then someone can come along and water you, pouring out the Holy Spirit upon you in all abundance. Why do you want this, indeed need this, when you have so much of the waters of the Holy Spirit on your own?

Because it takes considerable effort to irrigate all your crops. You are destined to become a garden by botanism. And if you need to supply all your crops with water, it is an estimable chore.

But when someone comes and pours out the Holy Spirit upon you, all that work is done for you. Suddenly all the land for crops is watered and all the crops are nourished with that life-giving Holy Spirit they need.

That someone who pours out the Holy Spirit upon you is the sealed person. The sealed person is the one who waters your garden once you are capable of growing green things by botanism.

Then came the second day, that wonderful day when you become a garden by botanism, the day when flora were introduced to the earth. First God put the seas in one place and the dry land in another place.

This is when you are sealed in your forehead. It is your soul that is sealed. The Holy Spirit lives within you in those waters in your belly, apart from your head and your soul. This separates your thoughts and your feelings (which often do seem joined.)

God saw that it was good so He gave the dry land a wonderful gift--the gift of the growth of every green thing. He created grass with its seed and trees with their fruit, of all different and diverse kinds.

So the earth began to grow different kinds of grass and diverse kinds of trees. This was the botanism, but the more important botanism is when it happens to you when you are sealed.

By botanism, the gift of God, you become a garden which has the potential to bear as much fruit as is found in the whole earth. You need not produce that much fruit ever but you always have great potential.

You start out as small as one little piece of ground for one little seed. That is what happens when you become sealed. Botanism makes you one little piece of land reserved for one single seed.

And as time passes and you grow and develop you can be made into a larger piece of land. Your garden can expand until it is the size of the whole earth potentially, for that is how God created the earth--one single great garden.

God promises you much blessing in your future. He promises that you will bless other people in many ways. This is the Promise of being sealed and being made a garden by botanism.

It seems rather odd to refer to any of what follows as secrets. For one thing, the word “secret” implies that something is hidden and the wisdom below is anything but secret. In some form or fashion, you could find these in virtually any spiritual tradition. Second, “secret” implies that the spiritual wisdom that would lead one to the life he/she really wants is really only accessible by a few. And, the unfortunate tendency is not to regard your self as one of the select few. But, of course, you are.
