Notice the comfortable warmth of your body and as you do so begin to become aware of the fact that comfort means so much more than the simple ease that a recliner has to offer or your pair of favorite slippers on a cool morning.

It might be good to remember that comfort is the ease of Spirit residing within you as Love, Joy and Peace.

Just notice for yourself how you experience comfort when you are still in ways that allow you to simply soak in and bathe in the radiance of that Love, Joy, and Peace within you.

And as you do so allow the following words from the Bible to bring you even more comfort in the stillness of this article…

“Then they were glad because they had quiet, and he brought them to their desired haven.” Psalm 107:30

Just think of what you have learned in the last few moments, how in the silence you can become aware of the Grace of God within.

How you can feel that Love, Joy and Peace radiating within as you sit in this stillness of the sacred space within you.

In this stillness you might suddenly become aware of your ability to release resistance so that insights that have eluded you for so long are now crystal clear.

Just picture and feel yourself recharged and empowered in the stillness within you.

Perhaps as you are already noticing that sense of Love, Joy, and Peace growing within you it also becomes clear that you are able to extend that Love within you to another.

Only focus on that which is within you as you allow that courage to Be Love to emanate from you, resting in the recognition that you are never alone when you experience all that Love, Joy and Peace that is within you.

Now what I’m going to suggest to you is that you have already begun to recognize that words alone can’t allow you to experience all of the Love, Joy, and Peace that is within you even though as you read these words you are beginning to recognize it more and more.

That’s why you will be glad to know that when you begin the practice of meditation on a daily basis you will find yourself more empowered to experience that quiet within which will allow you to notice that haven that you desire.

Remember these words so that when you wake up each morning you will begin each day in the quiet stillness of meditation so that your desired haven will be within you in all ways, always.
