My answer is, do not begin a Groupon clone… We do not need another Groupon duplicate. Let me describe. Groupon has knowledgeable a lot of problems. A stock that has been completely tanking, and a lot of bad media and advertising. In my perspective, Groupon does not have item dedication. We have been saying for years that the future of the deal industry is not just a couple significant gamers but many market and geo-specific deal websites. The considerable deal sites do not have much item dedication. Instead, customers are mainly dedicated to getting powerful provides.. To efficiently run or add a successful deal element to a business – you need these 3 main things. 1. Supplier Relationships 2. An Audience 3. As Groupon is constantly on the lose traders and business, it also helps our clients / marketers have an easier job getting suppliers on panel to function products or services. People are becoming a bit more terrified to run a “Groupon”, and are becoming more open to dabble in the deal industry with less sized deal website. The barrier to entry is basically non-existent and because of this Groupon, Living Social, etc., will continue to have to battle to stay on top as new opponents are working to grab their business on a regular base. Sure, learn from Groupon, and follow their successes :: but primarily learn from their mistakes. To follow in their footsteps would mean that eventually you are answering to a group of investors.. Be exclusive and take benefits of the point that your customers record is not huge figures large… Should you start a “Groupon Clone?” No. Start your own everyday deal web page and take a position apart from the audiences.
