People frequently contact me to find out about my services and how they can advance in their life, at work or in their business, and how they can improve their athletic performance and their wellbeing.

In listening to them I continually see the same patterns over and over. Two of the areas that continue to be big blocks to success are limiting beliefs and habits.

1) Confidence & Beliefsr
Although often confident on the outside, many people doubt their own abilities and allow their mental programming to limit their success. Our subconscious programming, the beliefs about ourselves or the world that we live in, can be empowering or limiting. Often times we are not even aware of those invisible barriers as we may believe one thing logically, but our subconscious may continue to hold onto negative beliefs.

The best way to identify this is to look at your results. Are you where you want to be? Are you experiencing the success and wellbeing you are dreaming of?

If not, start to take notice and write down your daily thoughts when you imagine your dream goal. For example, imagine your work or business success, sports performance, physical and mental wellbeing.

When you think about your goal, do you immediately feel inspired and confident you are going to achieve it or do thoughts or overwhelm such as “it will never work,” or “I cannot do it” come to your mind?

You will realize thought patterns. It’s an important first step on your road to success to increase your awareness of your subconscious programming, your deep seeded beliefs.

2) Habitsr
While the right habits will lead you to success, most people keep doing the same thing over and over and wonder why they are not having any success. Then they try even harder to do the same thing over and over, again without results.

Our habits are an expression of our beliefs, our subconscious programming. They will take you down the same road each time.

If you are not where you want to be, it’s time to take charge and make a change to develop goal achieving habits. Change one habit at a time, do things differently, ask for advice (https://ulrikeberzau.com/contact-ulrike-berzau/) and learn how to reprogram your mind.

Imagine what could be possible for your business, wellbeing and performance if you reprogram your subconscious mind and create success habits. There will be no limits!
