***Love Mediation with God and the Ascended Masters

- Assume a comfortable position, either lying down or sitting up. Just be sure your spine is straight and your legs uncrossed.

  • Take a few deep breaths, relaxing your whole body and releasing all tension.
  • Think either of God or any Ascended Master that you feel especially attuned to, and generate all the love in your heart for them, that you can come up with. This helps to create an energetic bond and link with them.
  • Once you have decided on a Master you want to connect and meditate with, call on them either silently or out loud, and ask them to fill your heart and consciousness with the energy of unconditional love.
  • Allow yourself to experience this love shower as it washes over you and fills your being from the inside out.
  • Imagine your heart as your breathing organ, and visualize your heart breathing in and breathing out this unconditional love. Relax into the inbreath and outbreah and the silent still point inbetween.
  • Keep your attention on experiencing the energies of unconditional love as they keep flooding your consciousness and energy field.
  • Merge with the energies of love until you, God and/or the Master you have invoked are all blended and united in the energies of divine love.
  • Stay in that loving place as long as you wish, allowing it to penetrate every cell and aspect of your beingness, including your subconscious mind, conscious mind, and inner child.
  • When you feel saturated with Divine love, thank both God and the Masters for their help and return your attention to the natural flow of your breath.
  • When you are ready, open your eyes and carry this space of unconditional love out into the world.
