Some opening remarks..."Positive thinking doesn't always work." Particularly when it is in direct contrast to the person you believe yourself to be, ie your self image. It's like taking medicine for temporary relief, without treating the source of the illness. n
Success is different for many people. It may mean some of the following to you: the amount of money you accumulate, degree of fame you achieve, power you possess. Living dynamically. Kind of life filled with joy and happiness all the time, life free of fear, worry, achieving worthwhile goals continually. Being well-adjusted in life's 6 major areas: business, home, social, physical, mental, spiritual. Most people think their problems are worse than anyone elses.

We all have difficulties; however, in the midst of any situation, it's still possible to be filled with joy and happiness. Wallowing around in pity ("the pits") doesn't bring happiness to anyone. A far better approach is to be in control in the midst of circumstances. See the good in every situation with a positive outlook on life.

You can live a life filled with joy and happiness all of the time. Face problems and work towards the solution. It all depends on the way we handle our problems. Challenges and obstacles come to everyone of us and they reveal a need for change and or to provide an opportunity for growth.

The Steps to problem solving:

1. Face the fact that there is a problem - acceptance is the first step.

2. Describe it - even write it down Putting it into words focusses the mind on a solution.

3. State the solution and begin to act on it.

4. Never talk about the problem again, only the solution. There is a solution to every problem you face. Verbalise it.n *
Fear and worry are creations of the imagination and are highly destructive emotions.
Emerson said: "He has not learned the lesson of life, who does not every day surmount a fear."
"God hath not given us the spirit of fear, but of power and love, and of a sound mind. (2:Timothy 7).
The best antidote for curing and killing fear is ACTION. By far!

Abraham Lincoln: "Happiness is a state of mind. A person is as happy as he makes up his mind to be."

Happiness is a choice, an option in life given to each of us.

BE happy and have great fun along the jou
ey of life.
