We are Spiritual beings. We are not bodies having a Soul, we are Soul having bodies. From an even higher or truer perspective we are Spirit, we are a divine spark of our Creator. And it is this Spirit that manifests as Soul which then inca
ates on Earth over and over again in order to grow, evolve, expand and ultimately return Home to God.

The purpose of life is to return Home to God as a God Realized Being. Before we “left” Home we already were Gods, but through inca
ating throughout God’s Creation we actually “realize” that we are Gods. We realize that we are Gods by demonstrating God in all the dimensions of reality that we visit.

Since each dimension has a different vibration and is a different reality altogether, we need bodies on each of these planes. This is why we have a so-called four-body-system through which our Soul and Spirit work. This four-body-system consists of:

1. a physical/etheric body
2. an emotional or astral body
3. a mental body
4. a Spiritual body

So the reason why we have these various bodies is so we can interact with and experience the various dimension of reality. Our physical body allows us to experience and interact with this Earthly plane. Our emotional body gives our Soul and Spirit a “house,” so-to-speak, on the emotional plane, and our mental body allows interaction on the mental plane. We are multi-dimensional beings, and this is why we have multiple bodies.

The process of integrated ascension involves both, the mastery, integration and alignment of all these bodies.

The Integrated Ascended Master strives to master, integrate and align his four-body-system in service of God and unconditional love, for he realizes that all these bodies house an aspect of his essence and consciousness – and they all need to be integrated for ascension to occur. Otherwise, his consciousness will be fragmented and his ascension non-integrated.
