Who we are? Is the question that I have often asked myself and set out trying to find the answer? So I began to search myself, by asking the questions and searching the bible which is the inspired word of God our Creator who provides a reason for being. . . In my search I found a scripture of the bible in 1 Corinthians 6:19 & 20 – “Know you not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which you have of God, and you are not your own?, for you are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God’s.” This scripter has opened up many doors in the context of my mind which have elevated me to a higher level of thinking and asr
I pondered on this for awhile trying to fully grasp the knowledge and wisdom of God of who, whom and what we truly are; this is what he revealed to me.
Knowing our Creator is the first steps to understanding who we are. We are Spirits/Ghost, a supe
atural being living in a earthly (atmospheric) body which connects us to God by way of the Holy Ghost. A lesser unseen being (us) communicating with a higher unseen being (the Holy Ghost that resides in a different realm which human eyes cannot see) that has wisdom and power; and if: we learn how to tap into the power of the Holy Ghost by letting both Spirits become One then we will achieve comfort, peace, and guidance to live in this world that is unfamiliar to us. What we need to understand is that we are really not of this world we are on a journey with time constraint placed within a womb called earth, in which each individual is blessed with a particular mission to complete in order to be rebirth with the fulfillment of their destiny.
We were sent as representatives from the Creator to complete a task in which he alone knows the reasons for being; and therefore he alone must receive from us the worship of our Glory, honor and praise. Everything in this world was created by God - for God including (us) for his pleasure to glorify him.
The things of this world are only leased to us for a season or period of time, to help us accomplish our task, that’s why we must not get too attached to things – while we are having a temporary earthly experience. We all pass through this world once in this present form and once we must die;- So therefore, we need to communicate with God our source to find out what is our mission and he will instruct us, so that we are equipped to navigate through the test and trails that this world may bring because of our sins. This might be hard for some of us to grasp at the moment, because we have a carnal mindset and have drifted away from who’s we are and what we truly are; which is Spirits – that’s why we struggle to survive from day to day, because we are confused and where there’s confusion it leads to destruction .
To better understand the mystical presence of our Creator, who is always around us though unseen, yet we feel his presence daily in our lives instructing us in the ways of surviving life in this earthly realm. God speaks to us as we truly are; in Spirit only, not by flesh. For example it’s like having a tooth ache you feel the pain and even though you cannot touch or see the pain you know it’s there. The pain though unseen is felt; this is an example of God’s presence around us. His presence and his ways can be felt in our lives much stronger, if we yield to his ways and let him have total control over our lives. The significance of having the Creator in our lives is the Spirit though in need of nothing that’s earthly, it must rely on a source in order to survive; for example a baby that is in the mothers womb, stays connected to it's source of life and is fed daily by way of the umbilical card - without the cord (its source for life) it dies. So are we with our Creator though absent from him in heaven and in the womb of earth been processed and developed we stay connected to him through our umbilical cord the bible, meditation and prayer – without this we too will die.
God must be your only source, he created us and knows where every hidden talent is buried within us and he knows how to draw them out to fulfill our task and glorify him in heaven. Tapping into his power, he will be like rudders on a ship guiding us through the rough storms of life till you reach safely a shore. Obeying God’s commandments are the tools to surviving this world; if we do as he commands he guarantees us success in whatever we strive to do, and we will have peace that surpasses all understanding.
