The conventional spiritual involvements are through religious concepts and, hence, through the verbal approach. In contrast, the non-verbal awareness takes us to a different spiritual dimension untouched by the conditioned mind. It clears one’s psyche of all the muck that it collects in its demands for security and satisfaction.

It is good to observe how we burden ourselves unknowingly due to the habitual neurology. The fear of life and the fear of death arise due to living with that burden. It is possible to drop that burden and live with freedom. Deepening self-awareness and the non-conformist attitude help us in this regard. It is possible to meet life with a free flowing psychology and, hence, spread serenity inside and out. This takes place by expanding our awareness onto the non-conventional regions outside the egos’ playground. By the way, one moves into the deeper self.

Favorite Quotes & Thoughts from Gopalakrishnan Chandrasekaran

We should all work towards a unified world of harmony and peace through attention to the esoteric aspects of life. The sectarian belief approach divides people and creates tension. Further, such an approach prevents pure self-awareness because it expects slavery to a system from its adherents. What is needed is a boldness to question and proceed as an explorer towards the truth. As an English poet said, "They are slaves who dare not be in the right of two or three." It should be noted here that group psychology is different from mob psychology only in degree, not in kind. Therefore, when people do not fall into groups of believers or non-believers (atheists, agnostics etc), then there is a possibility that they can remain open-minded and discover the truth. each one in one's own way. They create no enemies. My wish is to share with people whatever I have found meaningful in the deeper realms of life, body and mind.
