In the 20+ years Saara has been working with people, she has honed her talent to sense what's true, what's important and how to help others come to understand that for themselves. Her work has taken her all over the world and she's always impressed and fascinated by each person she works with as they introduce her to new ways of thinking, understanding and being in the world. When she coaches, she learns as much as she imparts. For her, this is the critical part of the partnership - to both grow and expand which keeps life fresh and worthwhile.
Saara has a specific passion for the success of executive women. Women often have unique leadership challenges and Saara has created models based upon years of coaching women leaders that focuses on women’s success in executive environments of all kinds.

Saara holds undergraduate and master's degrees in Organizational Communication. She has her coaching certification through the Professional Coach Program at New Ventures West, is certified in Korn Ferry’s Executive and Leadership Assessments, PDI 360 Executive and Leadership Assessments; Myers-Briggs Instrument; Interaction Associates Leadership programs, Teams and Facilitation Education; & DDI Teams Training.
