A healer I know, hosted two classes in two weeks. In the first class, she went through all of the important points on her outline. She explained the terminology, answered her clients’ questions, and illustrated her points with excellent examples. In the end, she found she had generated modest interest from a couple of clients. Before the second class, the healer took the time to address her lower level energies … She walked into that room just sparking with the knowledge that she had something that her clients needed, and that she LOVED sharing it! Did she cover all information on her outline? She wasn’t sure, because she never looked at it. She opened her heart and poured her energy into that class — and the clients responded with the same level of joyful energy! AND – she booked 9 out of 20 for one on one appointments! So now the question is: How can you create the same level of excitement with your clients? Here are 3 key tips to get you started: 1. When you find yourself stuck in low-level energy, skip the part where you beat yourself up. Be grateful! Seeing the problem might be uncomfortable, but it’s a gift. Now you see where the problem is, and you can correct it. 2. Ask yourself: How do I want to feel when I’m sharing my business? Take baby steps toward building that level of energy. Pull out your evidence journal and really create the mental image of what you have to share, and how it will change the lives of your clients. 3. Be prepared with some quick energy boosters that will activate your energy when you need it. Say you’re walking into a class and realize that your sheer busy-ness that day has leached some of your energy. You already have a plan for this — a 60-second retreat to a quiet place for a power-meditation, some silent intentions, or a meaningful line or two from your journal, just to get your energy-level back to where it needs to be. See, when you maintain high-level energy, other high-energy people will automatically be drawn to you and lower-energy people will automatically raise their energy to match yours. This creates an amazing dynamic — two or more souls sparking off each other, burning with the power of what they have to give and where they want to go. Don’t rob yourself of this experience! Make sure you get your energy-level up, and keep it there! You and your business will experience the abundant results.</>

I’ll share with you that when I first started in business the image of a leader that I brought with me was an authority figure who has the power to hurt those that are following them. This was because I was so used to being around authority figures who were coming from a place of leading through fear (I came out of the very toxic public school system). I knew I didn’t want that in my business.

We all know that smiles are contagious. So are bad moods. Experts in the field of psychic energy say it's that energy – not the actual smile -- that connects you to the good mood of the other person. Many of my clients share that one of their biggest marketing challenges is actually connecting with enough prospects. They are doing all of this great work in their businesses, but not very many people know about their work; or at least not enough for the flow of business to be moving smoothly and easily. Stop. Start. Stop. Start. Sound familiar? There isn't one perfect way to consistently connect with prospects, but there are many ways that, when used collaboratively, will build you a nice stream of people who are interested in what you do.
