1. The ability to focus- There will always be distractions in your life. This is especially true if you have an online business.
If you do not master this skill it will be hard to get anything done, and you will not reach your goals.
2. Cash Flow Management- This is extremely important because once you start working from home full time, you will know longer have that steady paycheck that you are used to from working at your job.
You must learn to control your spending, and be able to generate a positive cash flow consistently. This means you have more money coming into your business than going out.
Sometimes you may have to sacrifice on a unnecessary luxury so that you can have money to save and reinvest into your business.
3. Discipline- This means that you must do the tasks that will generate results in your business, even when you do not feel like it. You go to work at your job when you do not feel like it so you should at least be willing to do the same for your own business.
If you want to grow your business and free up more time, you should plan to outsource some of the time consuming mundane tasks as soon as possible. This is called leverage.
Even if you do start earning enough income to work from home, you may find yourself back at a job that you do not like if you refuse to develop these skills.
