Conference calls are a valuable tool in network marketing. It is important to understand the purpose of each type of call and how to use them. Here are 3 basic types that you can use to build your business.
1.Presentation- There are several ways to present your opportunity and a conference call can be your main way to present, or just another way to expose more people.
You definitely want to include the basic parts of a MLM presentation in your conference call. This includes your introduction, industry, company, products or services, the opportunity, testimonies, and close.
A conference call is a great way to expose those people to your opportunity that may not be able to get out to a meeting, or access the internet.
2. Basic Training- You will definitely want the new distributors in your organization to learn the basics of your business before diving into the more complex stuff. You might cover things such as how to get started, basic skills, and how to use your products and/or services.
3. Leadership Training- You can consider these “train the trainer” calls. You want to teach you most committed distributors to duplicate what you did in your business to get similar results for themselves.
Focusing on helping your leaders get results is the key to your success in network marketing.
Remember, you must first become a leader so you can attract other leaders to your business.
Once you start hosting your own training and/or presentation calls, you will definitely begin to develop you leadership skills.
