I was in the bank and overheard someone talking about the hot and steamy weather we were experiencing in NJ. I had this thought: In winter I was saying it was too cold and complaining about the snow. Here it is getting to be summer and I’m feeling it is way too hot. When will I feel like the weather is just perfect and enough for me…Most of us live in a world of not enough. As we grow in consciousness, that theme can get sneaky, like the example above. Just notice what is the big theme in your life. Then allow yourself the opportunity to choose something new.
1. I AM
Notice your I AM statements. The phrase, I AM is a common translation for the word God, so this small phrase packs a lot of punch and it create this feeling of that is all you are. 3. Stop Trying to Fix It All and Allow
We tend to want to move into action and fix something that we aren’t happy with. This creates judgment about yourself and your life. When you are noticing that you are trying to fix something, pause and state what it would feel like if I allowed the Universe to support me here…
