Everyone says that: The money is in the list. Then, some say – well, you don’t need a list in order to make money. Truth is – both are right. If you want passive income streams – you need a huge warm list. A warm list is a list that is responsive to your offers. If you send out an offer and nobody shows up for the party that you created – may it be a teleclass, an program, a talk show you host or you’re invited to, then you have a very cold list. Now, if you do not have a list- 100% of the work on finding the clients. Which is also ok, especially if you’re just starting up. Here’s how to build a HUGE list, fast and smart.

1. Align with your target market’s core desires
If you want a HUGE list, make sure you have a clear message what you deliver, what you work on, what are the specifics of your target market. You need to know them very well – what keeps them up at night, what makes them happy, what do they strive for, what is it that they really can’t get past but they want to – because the pay off is personal and business success.

2. Create affirmationsr
If you use affirmations for yourself, or powerful quotes, then your target market does too. So, what are the negative affirmations that they tell themselves and what are the positive ones which they wish they’re telling themselves. The goal is to show that you know where they are right now – the negative self-talk and where they want to be – the positive affirmations.

3. Create images to each affirmationr
See, we are multi-dimensional – no longer a single free report or a free audio course on your web site is enough for somebody to show interest in your service or product. So, all words should better be backed up with just as equally powerful pictures so that the emotional connection is established.

4. Add in the audio
Alright, if you say that you are empowering people, or motivating them, or as it becomes popular to say: bridging the gap, helping them change, helping them to create the life of their dreams, etc. Then, show me the music. If you motivate others – surely you’re listening to music that is motivating you. If you are empowering them – what are the sounds that help you get empowered? What are they?

5. Mix up the cocktail into a HOT videor
Now, you have the words, you can even read them out loud if you’d like, you have the music that touches the heart, you have the images that show – what you read and hear are actually happening for someone somewhere. How about this someone is you? So, mix it all up, if you don’t know how – either learn how to or pay someone to do it for you, create your marketing video and market it everywhere – so that everyone can see it , and sign up for your newsletter of course.
