"A room without books is like a body without a soul" All the people who are reading this blog would surely know about it. There is a joy, comfort and a leisure which readers experience when they read books. While most of the people today are addicted to electronic gadgets but still there is a good section in the society who read books. "A book can change your life," I believe in this thought completely. A good book and some insights in it can surely bring transformation in your lives if you implement a few methods suggested by the author. Today I present to you a list of 7 books which motivated me the most. These books are timeless classics and have brought transformation in the life of many people all around the world. 1) The power of positive thinking Author: Norman Vincent Peale This book is written with the sole objective of helping the reader achieve a happy, satisfying, and worthwhile life." -- Norman Vincent Peale This book will show you how you can deal more effectively with tough situations and difficult people, and dramatically improve your performance and confidence. It makes use of positive case histories and practical instructions to propose the method of positive thinking. Peale's work describes how to achieve a permanent and optimistic attitude through unending positive conscious thought, usually through affirmations or visualizations. Peale writes that such techniques will give the reader a higher satisfaction and quality of life I would advise all the people who are overwhelmed by the challenges of life and may be depressed to some extent should surely read this book. It will have a positive effect on you. 2)As a Man Thinketh Author: James Allen Allen writes, ""Out of a clean heart comes a clean life and a clean body," James Allen writes. "Out of a defiled mind proceeds a defiled life and a corrupt body." As A Man Thinketh’ is an ideal read for all those who find peace, solace and motivation in inspirational books. Book is the end result of enormous research, analysis and development done by the author James Allen. The main message of this succinct, yet powerful, book is: the quality of your thoughts determine your quality of life. If your thoughts are pure and good, your life will also be good; and vice versa. At the end of her entire research, she drives to the conclusion that a man is the result of his or her own thoughts. This is surely a must read for all of us to declutter our mind from negative thoughts and bring us purity of thoughts and also develop clear thinking. 3)Dont sweat the small stuff Author: Richard Carlsen Carlsen advises, "“Stress is nothing more than a socially acceptable form of mental illness.” Carlson explains the readers how we should interact more peaceably and joyfully with colleagues, clients, and bosses and reveals tips to minimize stress and bring out the best in themselves and others. This book focuses on personal development in the workplace. The author helps us differentiate between what is more important in life--and deserving of your attention and what is just "noise in the system" 4)Think and Grow Rich Author: Napolean Hillr Though the title implies that this book deals only with how to get rich, the author explains that the philosophy taught in the book can be used to help people succeed in all lines of work and to do or be almost anything they want. Think and Grow Rich is based on Hill's earlier work The Law of Success, said to be the result of more than twenty years of study of many individuals who had amassed personal fortunes. Hill studied their habits and drew some 16 "laws" to be applied to achieve success. Think and Grow Rich condenses them, providing the reader with 13 principles in the form of a "Philosophy of Achievement." All the principles or may be a few of them applied to your life will definitely have a motivating effect on your life. 5)Steve Jobs by Walter Isaacson Author: Walter Isaacsonr This classical work is based on more than forty interviews with Steve Jobs which he conducted over a period of two years. It also contains interviews with more than a hundred family members, friends, adversaries, competitors, and colleagues - this is the acclaimed, internationally bestselling biography of the ultimate icon of inventiveness. It is wonderfully naratted book and the author explains us about the life of Steve Jobs in an engaging and accurate manner. Very few people in their lives have transformed their time like Steve Jobs. He can be compared to most successful people in the world like Bill Gates, Forts, Edisons. This book gives us insight about the man whose great strengths were nothing but his uncanny contradictions. 6)How to win friends and influence people This is indeed one of my favorite books. Dale Carnegie offers practical and proven advice on how to deal with people and understand them in order to get along well with them to make your life more rewarding. This book contains tips and suggestions to improve our relationship with people, become a better speaker and also develop good communication skills. It will help you to enhance your influence and prestige to get things done in a smooth fashion. Few of the sections in this book are Fundamenal techniques in handling people, Six ways to make people like you, How to win people to your way of thinking, How to Change People Without Giving Offense or Arousing Resentment. The book has sold over 15 million copies worldwide and still going strong. It has been translated into 31 languages and is on Time magazine's list of 100 most influential books of all time 7)Seven habits of highly effective people. Author: Stephen Coheyr The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, first published in 1989, is a business and self-help book written by Stephen Covey. Covey presents an approach to being effective in attaining goals by aligning oneself to what he calls "true north" principles based on a character ethic that he presents as universal and timeless. Covey's best-known book, it has sold more than 25 million copies worldwide since its first publication. The audio version became the first non-fiction audio-book in U.S. publishing history to sell more than one million copies. 'The 7 habits of Highly Effective People' is a book that aims at providing its readers with the importance of character ethics and personality ethics. The author talks about the values of integrity, courage, a sense of justice and most importantly, honesty. The book is a discussion about the seven most essential habits that every individual must adopt to in order to live a life which is more fulfilling. I advise you to watch short videos of all the books on youtube or other media and pick the books which suit you according to your expectations. I would also love to know if you have read some good book and want to share with us which will help us in our lives. Again I would reiterate, "A book can change your life" and "A good book can be a game changer"

When we first discover the Law of Attraction and the power we have to attract what we want, we often expect instantaneous results. Results are rarely instantaneous. This isn’t because God/Source/All-That-Is cannot deliver because once we ask; it is given – every time…without question! It is because we live in this time-space reality that allows for a “buffer of time” while we get ourselves into alignment with what we desire!
