When you want to get sales, you must make offers that potential customers will not be able to refuse. This may take time to figure out exactly what is going to work, but if you can find the right offers, this is really going to work for you. If this is interesting to you, here are seven offers you can make to potential customers to get them to buy from you and not your competition: Offer bundles and bonuses: Bundle packages are a great way to save money, and you can offer bundles to make things cheaper and more convenient for your customers. For instance, if you are selling computers, offer free software as a bonus. If you are offering cell phone service, give customers the option of having a number of services, such as call waiting, call display, etc. Offer package deals: Take a few of the products you sell, and put them together to create a package. Charge just a little bit less than the charge of each individual item and you are going to have products that will sell a whole lot quicker. People are always looking for the best deals, and package deals are extremely popular. For a really great example, look at the fast food chains that offer combo-meals. Instead of paying full price for a burger, fries and a drink, customers get all three at less than they would normally pay. Offer discounts: Everyone likes to save money, and one way to entice customers is to offer discounts on the products and services they need. You don't have to go broke, this is not expected at all. But, just by lowering your prices even a little bit, you can stay ahead of your competition, bring in more customers, and see your profit margins really start to rise. Take off ten percent of a price, or offer something free with a purchase to get results. Make your customers feel they are getting value: The more you give customers for their money, the more likely they will be to do repeat business with you. For example, tell customers what your products are valued at then offer these products to them at a lower price than their value. This is going to make your customers happy, which in the end, is also going to make you very happy when you see the profits. Make limited-time offers: When a person thinks that they only have a certain amount of time to take advantage of a great deal, chances are that they will do it. Do things like “this offer is ending soon”, or “this sale only lasts for one week”. Little things like this will provide your customers with incentive to make their purchases right away. Offer a money-back guarantee: When you do this, people are going to tend to trust you as a business person, because it means that you stand behind your products and services. If you sell something and your customers really don't like it, don't make them keep it. Take it back and sell it to someone else. This is going to go a long way in creating a good rapport and sense of trust between you and your customers. Use the word “Free”: Everyone loves to get something for nothing, and when you dangle the word “free” in front of them, they are probably going to jump at whatever you are offering, even if they do not need it. This is a great way to get people to try your products or services, and it isn't going to cost you a whole lot (the profits will more than outweigh the costs). You may not get those customers immediately, but when they are in need of what you are offering, they are sure to remember you.
