“A Christmas Message from Dr. Haider”

We are a couple of days away from Christmas and I want to take the time to thank all of you for reading my articles and “Liking” them and your comments are wonderful. I also want to say a few words about the healing the world, of which everyone of us has a personal opportunity to make a change.

I would like to ask everyone to meditate on love, because if there were more love in the world all anger and hatred would disappear. Please set aside a few minutes everyday to meditate on love, it doesn’t take much, just a minute here and there. But the results are powerful and far reaching, to the point of that we can end all violence and conflicts around the world.

Plus I would also like to ask everyone to take a few moments everyday to pray for every soul on the planet. Please pray that all suffering will end, thus all life on the planet will thrive. Prayer is powerful, studies show that those who are prayed for heal faster than those who are not. Thus we have the power, and now it’s time to use that power.

And I would also like to ask everyone to do their part to heal the planet. Sometimes we don’t think we have power, but all true power dwells with each individual. So I ask that every single soul recycle their waste as much as possible. To recycle plastic, aluminum, glass, steel, paper, cardboard and anything else which can be recycled. Also to compost all organic matter so we can enrich our soils and grow more organic food to sustain our growing world population.

I also ask that we conserve energy by switching to LED light bulbs, and conserve gasoline by not traveling as much. Also to use energy wisely and limit the amount of energy we use every day. I would also like to ask that every man, woman, and child plant a tree. With deforestation and the burning of the rainforests around the world, we are losing all that oxygen produced by the trees which is vitally important for sustaining the planet. But if everyone would planted a tree that would amount to billions of added trees to the surface of the planet, thus we can make a huge difference. And I would like to ask everyone to buy wisely, check out items to make sure they are friendly to the environment, save on energy, and they are produced with sustainable none polluting materials which are eco friendly.

But most of all I would like to ask every single soul to have tolerance, and to be willing to embrace differences. We are a global society now, we’re no longer a small community hundreds of miles from civilization, everyone is connected to everyone on the planet as our brother and sister. In fact it’s been show through the study of mitochondrial DNA that all of us can all be traced back to one long lost relative. Thus we are truly brothers and sisters, none of us are disconnected. So it’s time to embrace our global human family and all the differences that make up this wonderful world.

And I ask everyone to embrace and have tolerance for all faiths. The one thing that all faiths have in common is love… because every faith is centered around love. Thus it’s up to us to accept with open arms everything that has to do with love. For love will save the world, not diplomacy, not war, nothing else but love will save the world. Because everything else is dependent upon that one intangible ingredient that most of us forget about on a regular basis— Love. Love is the key to the longevity of our planet and the human race in general.

I would also like to ask one more thing, that you give of your time, energy, and money to help others who are less fortune. We have so many people in the world who have next to nothing. In fact billions of people barely survive on less than $1 dollar a day. They barely survive because they don’t have enough food to have energy to get up and do anything about their plight in life. But we can help, we can make a difference, so please dig deep and help some man, woman, or child… and especially the children who are suffering.
