In our time more and more people live without concrete targets. These people let themselves be driven and lead an inactive life. These are people in unemployment and with social support, but even people with good jobs who are trapped in a hamster wheel. Thus, they are no longer active, but go with the flow in their job and their life demands.

But you know deep inside yourself that you would have to change something. You even notice that you and your family are not doing well. You had at some point targets that are buried in everyday life: Job - House - Family-Debt - Disease. This is an ete
al cycle that can only be broken when you do it actively. You have to change and take responsibility.

Anyone who moves in circles always has the same thoughts, feelings and actions and nothing can change nor improve. You only produced the same results again and again. The stream of everyday life drives you downwards into illnesses, burnout, depression and even suicide, as you no longer manage to turn the boat without any active decision.

It only helps when you to stop right here and now and take conscious responsibility. You have to take responsibility for your thoughts, feelings and actions. In addition, there are always multiple perspectives to assess a situation. Every coin has two sides. It is your responsibility to decide yourself! Do not complain for the lack of results, simply alters your thinking!
