A Message from Spirit & 3 Strategies to Stay Connected

Okay, so if you've been reading my newsletters, following me on facebook or attending any of my workshops recently, you know that I've been having a good ole' time with my Spirit Guides lately. I've been meditating, contemplating and channeling all kinds of inspired information from my beautiful friends from beyond the veil. And my connection to my own Spirit and to the Divine Spirit has definitely strengthened as a result. So today as I sat down to write this, with no idea at all what information this blank page would hold, this is what they gave me. I hope it speaks to you as it spoke to me. A Message from Our Guides Dear Ones, Awaken... Feel the earth under your feet and let it move you to greater things. Your path is winding and sometimes unpredictable, but that doesn't mean it can't be fun, adventurous and exciting. Live each moment fully and welcome the surprises that come to you, for they are truly the spice of life. Live as if fear does not exist and you are capable of anything you desire. Because in the truth of who you are, this is a fact. Reach out to each other and help to wave away the spell of fear and scarcity that has been laid upon your planet for centuries. This is an old curse of power mongering and control and has no place in the age to come. You are free... Live as if this is true and it will be. Join with all living things to make beauty your new truth. Make joy your natural state of being. Make love the code by which you live. Together you are capable of amazing things, but this awareness must first awaken within each of you, and then it will spread like a ripple through the pool of human consciousness. With Love, Your Guides Okay, so (practical girl that I am) here are 3 simple strategies to help you connect with your Guides and bring this new awareness into your own life and the lives of all you touch with your light... # 1 ~ Write a letter to your Guides This may seem silly at first, but it's a great way to start to connect with the energy of your Guides on a personal level. Even if you've never had any personal contact with your Spirit Guides, even if you're not sure if they really exist, this exercise will help you to understand the essence of who you are in this world and how you move through it. Start simply and let the words flow from you in earnest. Be totally open, as if you're writing to the best friend you've ever had ~ someone who would never judge you and whose only desire is to help you in any way they can. You can express your fears or desires, ask for help with a problem or even ask for a sign that they are with you and you're not alone. # 2 ~ Write a letter to yourself Write to yourself as if you were receiving a response to the letter you wrote to your Guides in Step #1. Address your fears with words of comfort and reassurance. Offer encouragement and surety about your dreams and desires. Remind yourself of how beautiful, smart and kind you are. Inspire yourself with creative solutions to your problems. And give examples of times throughout your life that you felt supported by unseen forces. Then consider for just a moment that the words you wrote were actually Divinely inspired. Imagine that these words of love, truth and encouragement were actually whispered into your ear by your very own Spirit Guides. Guess what ~ they were! # 3 ~ Write a letter to someone who has touched your life in some way Have you ever received a message from "out of the blue" at exactly the moment you needed it? That's the beauty of synchronicity ~ and you can be it's agent. Think of someone in your life who has touched you and changed your life in some way ~ large or small ~ for the better. Then write down what that meant to you. Remind this person of their beauty and the difference that they make in the world just by being in it. Who knows, you may be answering their prayers or acting as an emissary for their own Spirit Guides by giving a voice to the Universal love this person needs to receive right now. You can be the "sign" they've asked for, reminding them that they are not alone in this world and that they are indeed loved. Now that's powerful!
