In our daily encounter with people, we encounter different types of person with different attitudes, characters, and even face of course. Even twins, they are very much different from each other.

Since in our business we are dealing with this people, expect that you will have different types of clients. The question here is how you are going to deal with this people.

First of all, let us define these different types of clients that you are going to face every negotiation that you will have. And then we are going to study them on how you can deal with them and win them. I have here defined the four types of clients.

As you go through your negotiations you may encounter these difficult existing clients. Why do you think my first type of client is the difficult existing clients? Well, you cannot deny the fact that you can really encounter difficult clients. Examples of these are those who have a high pride, those who thinks that they are always right, and of course those clients that does not take it seriously and always annoys you. Now, how are you going to deal this people?

The time you encounter this kind of clients, show to them that you are pro-active, always be excited, and never show even a very small negativity in you. You need to be consistent and firm and focus always to your goal. I think this can be applied to all types of clients but as you persuade these difficult existing clients, this is the best effective way.

The next client that you might encounter is the no clue client.

What are this no clue clients? I defined this no clue clients that those who are confused on what they are going to do when you negotiate with them. Yes, there are really types of clients like this especially those who need his wife to decide with him or those who cannot decide on his own. As you are going to persuade this kind of people, make sure to take control of the relationship that you are building with them and guide them what to do. You have to help them decide and don’t force them.

You might also encounter these marketer clients.

These marketer clients are those who are very particular of what they want or need. You need to tell them specifically what is the different of this product from the others and how they can benefit on it.

The last type of client that I can share is the manager clients.

In dealing with this client, you need to show to them that you are an expert. You need to be the boss when you persuade them. You will really encounter this type of client if you want to go higher in your business.

These are all the types of clients that you are going to encounter in your entire business life. You need the power of persuasion to easily persuade them.
