One thing we know for sure, increasing confidence is always good. A sure way of building confidence is by achieving goals. There is nothing like seeing the vision in your heart realized. When you achieve your goals, confidence follows.
There is a great work done internally when a person looks at what they want to achieve in life. Whether the goal is set for 30, 60, 90 days or whether it is a goal set for 1, 3 ,5 or 10 years, setting an aim and doing the work to make it happen is a good feeling.

I believe our lives are what we make it. We can decide how we want to live, where we want to live, what we want to do with our lives, how much money we would like to make and so on just by taking the time to think about it and then act accordingly. I am a dreamer. I take the time to look at my life daily and make sure it is headed in the directio
I want it to go.

I am a true advocate of writing your goals down. I believe that which you put your time, energy and resources toward is too important to leave to memory. Writing the goal down not only keeps you clear on the direction you want to take but it helps you to get back on course just in case something happens which can throw you off.

After the goal is written down then it is time to take action. The very first actio
I believe is internal. There must be a mindset change in order to achieve the goal you have set your heart towards. This is not a one time event. Renewing our mind daily with the right positive information is actually what will make or break the goal being achieved. The second action is close to the first, it is doing the right work to get you there. Achieving goals will never be done without the proper action whether it is internal or exte
al, something must be done.

There are two things we must be aware of which can slow or deplete our confidence from being built and that is research without action and disappointments. Sometimes we find ourselves busy doing research but no real action is taking place. This procrastination is most likely caused by fear. If we do nothing, then we believe we have not failed. We look like we are doing something because we are working to get the proper information but still will not act on the information gained. The second is disappointments. Disappointments will happen. Everything is not always going to work out perfectly but do not get stopped or stymied because of a mistake, mishap or loss.

As the actions are taken and the work is being done, step by step confidence is built. We try something and it works, we are assured that the next step is do-able. We take the next step, then the next. Our hearts are excited to know that what we wanted just might happen. Achieving goals, no matter how small or large has the power to build confidence.
