It’s a fairly common phenomenon. We feel older than we are. We think we look older than we should, and darn it, we’ll do whatever it takes to look and feel younger. The actions we take, when trying to scrape and claw back to earlier years, usually are to buy wrinkle cream, or buy a new wardrobe. This, however, almost never gives us the youthful look and inner feeling that we desire. The reason for this is that looking and feeling younger doesn’t come from products we purchase. We look and feel younger, by having a younger attitude. This article will take a look into some easy attitude adjustments you can make to give you a youthful glow, both inside and out. So sit back and read this article, and step away from the anti wrinkle cream.

Start your day off young. Just what does this mean? Well, the second you get out of bed, your mood and thoughts are “pre-shaping” how your day is going to be. If you start the day off happy, and thinking thoughts of all the fun you’ll have today, then guess what… today WILL be fun and you WILL be happy. So, take a second before putting that first foot down on the floor. Get your thoughts together about how much energy you have, how you are bursting with passion and excitement to start the day, and focus on all the wonderful joys that you’ll experience today. By doing this, you will set the pattern for a positive day filled with the attitudes of youth. Get in the habit of this, and you’ll find it becomes easier with each passing day. You’ll feel younger, and you’ll feel that excitement to be alive that you used to feel as a teenager. You’ll also have less desire to go and try to buy youth, with things like anti wrinkle cream.

Think young thoughts. I’m not saying you should think about playing hopscotch and eating candy. I mean you should think as if you’re a young person with a long future ahead of them. Daydream and think about your fantasy of how you would like to be living when you’re old. Note that by doing so, you are subconsciously telling yourself that you are young NOW. How could you dream about how you’d like to live when you’re old, if you already are old? This will trick you into feeling young again like you’ve got the whole world ahead of you. Avoid thoughts of remembering the good ole days. Day dreaming about your college days, for example, has the opposite effect. It will make you feel old, because the time you’re dreaming about has long passed. Stay focused on the future, and on positive images of how you’d like it to be. Not only will this help attract your desired things to you, but also it will make you feel young and in NO way old enough to go buying ant wrinkle cream or a new wardrobe.

Care for older people. If you have anyone in your life that is older than you, like a parent or an aging friend, offer him or her help. This will help you feel younger in two ways. One is that when you give help to another person, you are emitting the essence that you have plenty and thus, you will attract more to you. In this case, since you are helping someone elderly who needs help, you are emitting the essence of youth, and will attract more youthful feelings toward yourself. The second way this helps you feel younger, is that you see how a truly elderly person looks and feels, and can draw fantastic comparisons to yourself. Psychologically, you will feel much younger by comparison, and should carry that youthful feeling throughout the day. No one who helps out in elderly homes goes off trying to buy their way back to youth with anti wrinkle creams or other store bought solutions to looking younger. They feel better because of what they’re doing, and they are attracting younger feelings to themselves all the time.

Of course, I could go on and on about little things you can do each day to help yourself feel young and vibrant. The ideas discussed in this article are just a few of them, but they are easy to implement in your life. Try them, and you’ll see that they work. You have to believe that they are going to work though. You will not get any success if you try half-heartedly to feel younger. Give your all to these methods, and it is guaranteed that you will feel like a fresh youngster again, with no desire to buying anti wrinkle cream or other bottled “fountain of youth” type products that are out there.

As a member of The National Writers Union for many years, I have been aware of the problems experienced by educated, professional writers. Many have been deprived of their contracted fees. Others have had their writing plagiarized or syndicated without their consent and without payment to the writer by unscrupulous publishers and authors. But the Writers’ Union has done something about that. Jointly, as a group, they have managed to fight for the rights of individual writers.

Reawakening love IS possible. It happens all the time. Just when you most feel like giving up, letting go and moving on, stop and reevaluate before leaving. Yes, there are some relationships that have truly run their course. Perhaps the reason for connecting no longer exists and both would be happier elsewhere. But very often, two people reach an impassem, an inevitable butting of heads and personality differences, and instead of working through the issues they just give up and leave.

What do YOU believe are the 3 causes of all relationship problems? * Inadequate Money? * Not enough or too much Sex? * Friends interfering? * Family triangles and intrusions? * Poor communication? * Emotional Imbalance? Relationships are more complex than many of us care to admit. We choose a person who attracts us because of the way they look, behave and feel. And, inevitably, as we get closer and know each other better, those very same previously wonderful qualities can become a thorn in our side.

Ever since I began seeing my private therapy and coaching clients, over two decades ago, I have been longing to work with a Virtual Assistant. In fact, I wanted this type of personal assistance to help me cope with my family, my relationships, my career path, and even my health many years before this type of service became available online. When I was single, I would often choose a partner who looked good physically or sounded wonderful at first but proved to be either emotionally or financially bereft – and I thought I had made another “bad” choice.r
