An Inspiring Interview

I am so inspired by my clients' progress and success. It is most rewarding. In the past, as an executive leader in healthcare, I was as able to mentor my leadership team. Today I have the opportunity to coach emerging and experienced leaders in various industries. It's exciting to see how similar our challenges are across the industries. It all goes back to our ability to do what we are passionate about and create a success mindset.

Today I would like to introduce you to a young entrepreneur who is transforming the world to live inspired and healthy lives.

Interview with Lindsey Diamond, Founder and CEO of Araza Natural Beauty

What inspired you to start Araza Natural Beauty?

I started Araza Natural Beauty because I want to help women embrace their natural beauty and live inspired and healthy lives. With a background in personal training and health coaching, as well as having a personal laundry list of food allergies, I see and feel the astounding improvement in my health, as well as my clients, when the focus shifted to eating whole, unprocessed foods. I believe the same principles should apply to beauty products. As a self-proclaimed makeup lover, I was shocked to learn how the beauty industry is unregulated and allows companies to make products with terrible hormone disrupting ingredients. I wanted a product line made from extremely clean ingredients, yet was still high-performing. Since your skin absorbs such a large percentage of what you put on it, why shouldn’t we feed it natural, nourishing ingredients?

As a young entrepreneur, you have already accomplished so much. I am excited to see your growth and success and eager to know your vision for your future.

I want to grow Araza into a huge company thats mission is to inspire women to be their best self in all aspects. Not only beauty, but nutrition, exercise, mental health, and coaching, etc. I also want to provide mentorship programs to young women wanting to strike out on their own as an entrepreneur. It can be a tough road at first so helping to create better networks and support for young women, like I had, would be awesome!

What are you passionate about?

I am passionate about helping others live out their best life. Nothing frustrates me more than to see people settle for less than what they are capable of, or know they deserve. This could be job wise, relationship, health! You are selling yourself short. I know because I have been there. We all get “stuck” at times and need someone to help us get “unstuck.” I truly believe everyone has a unique gift to this world. Imagine the world we would live in if everyone focused on what their heart truly loved doing. Everybody deserves to live out their best life!

What advice can you give young female entrepreneurs and emerging leaders?

Just begin doing it! Whatever business you want to start, whatever you are passionate about...start it! There are so many limiting beliefs we have about starting a business, because we are scared. Like the idea that you need tons of money or conce
s about what everybody else will think. Truth is, you will never have all the answers. The timing will never be “just right” but you have to simply start and learn. Make mistakes and grow! Enjoy the process of it! Also, seek out mentors. There are so many people out there willing to help you!

What helped you to progress and grow personally and professionally?

I have ever made was to start working with you (Ulrike)! I could go on and on about how much you have changed my life for the better! I had a ridiculous amount of limiting beliefs, negative self-talk, anxiety, etc. and you helped me to re-wire my brain and change my thought process to a success mindset. A person’s success is directly linked to their thoughts. Master your mind and you can accomplish absolutely anything you desire. Everybody should work with Ulrike! I cant wait to continue to work with you! I feel like I have just began this incredibly journey of becoming the Best Me and I can’t wait to see what happens and to share this journey with others!
