Are My Tarot Readings Going Against God?

Tarot readings are mostly misinterpreted by those who do not practice spirituality. Their religious resources are limited and their teachings give a different idea of what the tarot is all about. There are a couple of things, I would like to address and the first is, tarot cards cannot tell your future. A tarot reading will confirm something you already know or inform you of something you need to know to help benefit you in your life.

Readings are meant to guide you in the right direction and help give you advice with difficult decisions. Unfortunately, not all of us are able to go to a trusted friend, family member, or mentor to give us the strength, encouragement, or the tough love needed to progress in life. Sometimes this advice or warnings can come from a tarot reader or tarot reading. This allows a non-bias way of looking at yourself and getting feedback from someone who doesn’t know you.

The messages received from the tarot and any other decks of divination are sent from your spirit guides approved by the Creator God. You’ve heard of guardian angels, and you’ve heard people say look for the signs, or God is trying to tell you something. These cards are able to confirm those exact messages in a manner you can understand. Your Creator wants you to live your best life and your ancestors don’t want you repeating the same mistakes over and over again. There is nothing negative that can come from getting a spiritual reading.

For those of you who may be switching from Christianity or practicing Christianity, I know this is a hard concept to adjust to because you’ve been told that this is evil and it goes against God. The Bible does speak on the tarot and witchcraft, but you must understand the concept behind the message. You should not rely on the tarot cards or any other divination tool to help you reach the Most High. Though these tools are helpful, you should always be able to communicate with the Divine Ones through prayer and meditation.

The mission for any divination tool is to help strengthen and assist you with communicating with the spirits. It allows you to receive messages you wouldn’t normally recognize in the flesh. If tarot readings make you uncomfortable, then by all means leave it to the side. However, if you are ready to learn more about yourself and improve your life, a spiritual reading will be highly beneficial.
