Relationships Addiction
Suppose that you got used to drink three cans of coke each day, what will happen if one day you suddenly stopped drinking coke? Most likely you will feel that there is something missing and most likely you will be eager to drink your daily coke. That happened because you formed a habit of taking a certain amount of caffeine and sugar, and as soon as you stopped you felt like wanting to get the amount of sugar and caffeine that you were used to get everyday. You may be thinking what does that have to do with relationships? Actually there is a strong connection between both cases, because when you get into a relation you may get addicted to the relationship itself rather than to the relationship partner, and so you experience withdrawal symptoms when trying to terminate this relation just like the withdrawal symptoms you experience when you try to break any habit. Why do I get addicted to the relation?
Getting addicted to a relationship involves getting addicted to any of the following items: * Getting addicted to the chemical Phenylethylamine (PEA) which is the chemical generated when experiencing love and it's the chemical responsible for the feelings of excitement you feel when you are in a relation. being down or having problems makes the PEA tastes so sweet and so you can easily get addicted to it * Getting addicted to the nurturing you are receiving from your partner (finding someone who cares about you, asks about you ...etc) * Getting addicted to exchanging phrases like "I love you" or "i cant live without you"Love or addiction?
You have to make sure whether you are really in love or whether its just an addiction because relationships that are based on addiction can never last, simply because one day you will feel good again and so you will discover that you don't need that partner you are now involved with !!Article author

After all, most of us spend about thirty or forty hours a week working and most of us have to do it alongside other people. So it makes sense to understand your colleagues and clients almost as well as you understand the moods and attitudes of your friends and family. Why?
