Are you always looking for validation? Family, friends and colleagues are always in better control of your life’s direction, you are in fact fond of sampling ideas and opinions. Maybe you belong to that group of people who started with confusion and have ended up with greater confusion by the time they've finished shopping around for other people’s opinions. People call this the approval syndrome. It’s not strength but a weakness that often makes you less of who you are.

Learning from other people is enhancing, but being drowned in the sea of their personal convictions is a big problem that can create a mess. If you are always bothered by how others see you and what they think about you, to an extent that you get paranoid, the following suggestions will help immensely.

.Never make a habit of seeking other people’s opinions; they are sometimes subjective or tainted with malice.
.Constantly seeking approval demeans you. Do not negotiate your power to be authentic.
.The more ideas you have, the more confused you become.
.The underlying issue of the approval syndrome is low self-esteem.
.You can overcome any obstacle if you start believing in your own capability.
.Making mistakes and learning from them is all part of development.
.There is a gold mine in you, make an effort to dig out the treasures.
.Practice decision making more and more, relying on your internal divine compass.
.Don’t be afraid to make mistakes, you will always learn from them.
.Meditation helps to bring the best out of you; it calms your mind and gives you better thinking faculty. Give it a chance!
