When was the last time you had a physically active lifestyle?
Most of us lose our active life when we enter the work force. Many people just eat too many large portion meals. Some of us just eat the wrong kinds of foods that do not provide any essential nutrients. Your phyical life is right now where you want it. You drove the car and you are in charge.
