In astrology, an aspect angle relationships are formed between the planets in a horoscope, measured as angles formed by the ecliptic circle. Angular relationships only certain aspects are considered and classified in "harmonious", "dynamic" and "neutral." In general, aspects influence how they relate to the planets (in astrology, are considered planets from the Sun, the Moon, Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune and Pluto). These angular relationships are commonly applied also to items such as points horoscope Arabic (as Part of Fortune, the lunar nodes), the rising of the zodiac, the Midheaven, asteroids Juno, Vesta, Chiron, etc..

The first thing we consider

* The qualities of appearance, or identify the effects attributed to skin that is used, determines whether they are harmonious, dynamic and neutral.

* If partile or platil, ie, whether the issue formed is completely accurate or inaccurate. In other words, is taken into account if it matches the aspect angle value or if only close to that value.

* If applicant or asunder, ie has a value close to the exact angle or form a greater angle, far to the right, respectively.

* If the issue is under increasing or decreasing, ie, if the planet involved is moving faster or slower planet closer to that point, corresponding to the phases mentioned above.

Orb

The world is a tolerance value used very frequently in the planetary aspects unable to obtain almost always an entirely accurate. For example, one area can have up to 6 degrees of orb, that means that if the value of the aspect angle or 45 degrees, so now, with this tolerance, we can say that the angular value of this aspect can range from 39 to 51 degrees.

Highlights

The aspects that astrologers give more relevance and importance are sorted from lowest to highest, and their respective classifications:

1. Conjunction - (0 degrees) - (8 deg. orb) - harmonious appearance

2. Sextile - (60 degrees) - (6 deg. orb) - harmonious appearance

3. Square - (90 degrees) - (8 deg. orb) - dynamic aspect

4. Trine - (120 degrees) - (8 deg. orb) - harmonious appearance

5. Opposition - (180 degrees) - (8 deg. orb) - dynamic aspect

Aspects not widely used or not so relevant

Below are the less used, from low to high with their classifications:

1. Vigintil - (18 degrees) - (2 deg. orb) - harmonic aspect

2. Quindecil - (24 degrees) - (2 deg. orb) - harmonic aspect

3. Semisextile - (30 degrees) - (4 deg. orb) - neutral aspect

4. Decile - (36 degrees) - (2 deg. orb) - harmonic aspect

5. Novilara - (40 degrees) - (1 deg. orb) - harmonic aspect

6. Semisquare - (45 degrees) - (4 deg. orb) - dynamic aspect

7. Quintile - (72 degrees) - (2 deg. orb) - harmonic aspect

8. Binovil - (80 degrees) - (1 deg. orb) - harmonic aspect

9. Tridecyl - (108 degrees) - (2 deg. orb) - harmonic aspect

10. Sesquiquadrate - (135 degrees) - (2 deg. orb) - dynamic aspect

11. Biquintil - (144 degrees) - (2 deg. orb) - harmonic aspect

12. Quincunx - (150 degrees) - (4 deg. orb) - neutral aspect

The division with whole numbers and their relation to aspects

It is important to note that the planetary aspects, seen as angular relationships, are directly related to the division of the circle with natural numbers, then note that:

* 360 degrees / 1 = 360 degrees (0 degrees) - Conjunction

* 360 degrees / 2 = 180 degrees - Opposition

* 360 degrees / 3 = 120 degrees - Trine

* 360 degrees / 4 = 90 degrees - Square

* 360 degrees / 5 = 72 degrees - Quintile

* 360 degrees / 6 = 60 degrees - Sextile

* 360 ° / 9 = 40 degrees - Novilara

* 360 grados/10 = 36 degrees - Decile

* 360 grados/12 = 30 degrees - Semisextile

* 360 grados/20 = 18 degrees – Vigintil

Typically, the nature of the issues are determined by the nature of the numbers involved in the value of this aspect. For example, the fornix, angular look that results from dividing the ecliptic circle into 3 equal parts, is considered harmonious aspect, it is said that 3, the number connected to the trigone, denotes harmony, communication, fluency, etc. In contrast, the opposition, something that results from dividing the circle into 2 equal parts, is labeled as a dynamic aspect, it is considered that 2 denotes opposites, opposite, separation, hardship, etc.

Variability of orbs

Although the aspect angle value is fixed, the respective value of the orbs can vary greatly, depending on the view which each specialist or expert in astrology, the value of the orbs in the aspects, for example, there may be an astrologer to set the orb of the conjunction at 9 degrees, while another may handle a different world, eg. about 3 degrees. Previously set the orbs are just one example of what could be the value of these.
