Next morning grind them to a fine paste and add yoghurt. Apply on your scalp and, when the paste dries, wash off with a mild shampoo. • Soak 2-3 tablespoons of the seeds in enough water ove ight and grind them to a paste. Mix in lemon juice to make a paste and apply on the scalp before shampooing. • For a quick paste, use organic fenugreek powder mixed with water to make a paste and apply to hair. The quantity will depend on how long your hair is and it should be of a medium thick consistency like a conditioner. Apply to the scalp and keep for about 30 minutes before shampooing.Hair fall:
Fenugreek seeds also help reduce hair fall: • Soak 2-3 tablespoons of the seeds in water. Next day grind along with the water and use this paste on your hair. Leave for about half an hour. You can also strain out the whole seeds and use the water they were soaked in as a hair rinse. • Soak the seeds in water ove ight and then grind to a fine paste, adding some milk to thin the paste. Mix 1 teaspoon of honey in this and apply to hair. Keep for 15-20 minutes and then use a mild shampoo or herbal product like shikakai powder or soapnuts to clean your hair. • For a quick-acting paste use organic fenugreek powder instead of using seeds, mix with water or milk and use on the hair.Hair growth:
It is important to take care of hair health and use oil and masks regularly to prevent drying, frizzing, split ends, dandruff and other problems that lead to restricted hair growth. Using organic products helps a great deal and you should use organic fenugreek seeds when required. For improved hair growth, do a regular oil massage, pre-shampoo, two or three times a week or at least once a week for best results.Here are some hair oil concoctions that you can make in your kitchen:
• Mix 2 tablespoon organic fenugreek powder with 4 tablespoons coconut oil and massage into hair. Leave ove ight or at least for one or two hours. Shampoo off and you will find, over time, your hair growth increases. • Mix 2 tablespoon fenugreek seed powder, 1 tablespoon amla powder with 4-5 tablespoon coconut or olive oil and apply to hair. Keep this as above and shampoo off. • Soak 2-3 tablespoons fenugreek seeds in sufficient water ove ight. Next day grind them along with 10-15 curry leaves. Mix the mixture in coconut oil and leave for a few hours, then strain out. Massage into hair and leave ove ight or for a couple of hours before shampooing. Do keep in mind that whatever natural remedy you use, it will take time to work. However, you will find an improvement in the condition of your hair quite soon. When you use organic fenugreek seeds for hair growth, you will find the hair problems you have been struggling with for long will disappear.
