Subconscious Mind Power – Tips for Controlling Your Thoughts and Attracting What You Want in Life!

Topic: Life PurposeBy Quantum Jumping TeamPublished Recently added
You have probably heard that you can make all of your dreams come true through the subconscious mind power. Unfortunately, this is easier said than done. Think about it: you've spent years and years thinking a certain way about yourself and your life. You've sent millions of images and thoughts to your subconscious mind, many of which were probably negative. You can't undo all of that in just a short period of time. So yes, you can attract everything you want if you use the power of your subconscious mind, but you first need to reprogram your subconscious mind so that it will work more in your favor! For instance, if you really want to live in Hawaii, but keep telling yourself "…but I don't have enough money now." Or "I WISH I could live in Hawaii, but..." then you are sending mixed messages to your subconscious. The "I wish" should be "I will" or "I am". Also, there should be no "but" after your statement. This implies that you are making excuses for why you can't live in Hawaii, which in turn will cause your subconscious mind to continue attracting more excuses. In the end, you are only attracting reasons why you can't go to Hawaii instead of attracting a chance to live in Hawaii. Here are some tips to help you gain control of your thoughts so that you can reprogram your subconscious mind: - Realize that your thoughts are separate from yourself. You really can shut them out if you try. Make a conscious decision to shut out negative thoughts and excuses. Only allow positive thoughts, feelings, and affirmations to enter your mind. - If you find yourself struggling with your thoughts and emotions, find something to take your mind off of them altogether. Don't just sit around moping or making excuses – force yourself to get up and do something fun! - Try something that you wouldn't ordinarily do. Dress in clothes you wouldn't ordinarily wear. Breaking patterns in your everyday lifestyle will make it easier for you to break patterns in your everyday thinking, as well. - Make a slideshow on your computer of the things you want to attract. If you want to live in Hawaii, find a bunch of pictures of Hawaii and save them in a folder on your computer. Create a slideshow of the pictures and look at them as you fall asleep. When your conscious mind drifts off to sleep, your subconscious takes over, so let it see images of what it should be attracting. - Avoid thinking of excuses for not being able to get what you want. Train your mind to stop thinking the word "but". It's okay to argue with yourself. The next time you think "I'd like to go to Hawaii… but…" tell yourself to stop right there! Scream to yourself that "I AM going to Hawaii! "I AM on my way to Hawaii! I AM I AM I AM!" In time, you will be able to change your thought pattern completely. If you follow these tips, you will be able to control your thoughts and emotions. You will be able to send positive images into your subconscious mind. It's going to take some time, but if you work hard enough on changing your thought patterns, you will be able to attract everything you want through the power of your subconscious mind!
