Use your anger

Use your anger

Anger blinds us

Most of us have made the mistake of acting in anger and then regretted the results of those actions.

Anger makes us impulsive and we act without a thought, foresight nor any insight for that matter. It hinders us in enjoying and achieving life success.

Anger takes over

Anger takes control of your actions and words and when it's over we see that we allow the anger to take control over us and often destroy valuable friendships, relationships or even worse.

We need to control the anger

We learn that we need to control our anger and manage it in a way that it does not destroy or offend others.

But that is easier said than done and not always to the liking of a very angry person that really needs to let the steam off in order to be able to calm down.

There is a better way

But there is another way and that is to use the anger in a productive way and channel it into building up rather than tearing down.

The amazing thing is that it's very encouraging as it is the opposite of what people expect and it really upsets those that angered us maybe purposefully in the beginning.

Often the best reaction is to use this energy to build up, creating new possibilities and opportunities.

Anger is valuable energy

Anger is energy and we need energy to create and build up.

So if you got angered over a bad treatment at work and lost your job, use the anger to find new venues to work in rather than channeling all your anger and energy to those you left.

Sometimes we need to remind us to cut the losses and turn around and head the opposite direction because that's then we grow and later when we look back we can be proud of ourselves not succumbing to our anger. We will have all the possibilities of enjoying and achieving life success.

Remember you're the manager of your fate.
