As one is stepping onto the path of ascension and initiation, they won’t help but notice lots of energies moving through their body.
Some of these energies are generated through meditation and prayer, others again come from mental and emotional self-mastery, whereas others again come from the inner plane Ascended Masters and Mighty I AM Presence who seek to make contact with the Soul and pupil inca
ated on Earth.
These energies are mostly very pleasant and enjoyable in nature. They can be experienced as sudden rushes of energy running through the body and energy system, or as a tingling sensation in the head area or moving down their head and spine. These energy rushes are usually very electrifying and you can feel them like waves of energy washing over the body, often emanating from the heart area and chakra.
So, mostly these experiences are very enjoyable and pleasurable. However, they can also be not-so-pleasurable at times. For example, as the Third Eye and higher Chakras are opening up, this stimulation may cause occasional headaches or lightheadedness. This usually settles quite quickly as one learns to integrate the incoming energies through Spiritual, psychological and physical self-mastery. One can always call on the inner plane healers for help in situations like this. They are always eager to help and they are experts in energy work.
The Integrated Ascended Master enjoys all the energies as they move through his body and he uses these moments to remind himself that all his bodies are energy bodies, and that he is none of his bodies, but the Spirit inhabiting them.
