Awakening is a process towards self-discovery that we are so much more that we perceive to be. An awakening of higher consciousness is a shift to the potential that we all have and it is in knowing the value of growth and self-actualization.

We all have a plan and purpose in life. Sadly these get taken for granted and forgotten as we go about our busy routines. Yet, this authentic self just lies silently inside us just waiting to be awakened and remembered. As we try to heal ourselves and take a step back from all the chaos around us, we begin to awake. When we put emphasis on choices that align with our true nature is when our spirit comes alive. We begin to rediscover who we are and what we came in this life to do.

Many are willing to go through the process of disce
ment and introspection if we only have the ability to invoke change in our emotions, our lives and the world. This is when we actually gain understanding about recognizing the impacts of what we do, when we lie, blame, hurt, play victim to or defensively act on situations. The process of self-awareness will lead to forgiveness.

The healing path leads the way towards self-worth, self-love and an increased ability to realize that we all have the freedom to choose how we want to experience life. As we begin to wake up, there is an increased desire to know who we really are and why we are here.

If you are in the process of awakening, you know that the ride from moving from the rational and logical mind to the unfamiliar intuitive knowing, is not smooth at all. Conscious breathing allows us to hear your inner wisdom. It also gives you the opportunity to slow down and move beyond reactionary responses, to reflect and gain a new perspective in your current life.

The awakening of higher consciousness teaches how to reconnect with our true heart and help the rest of humanity at this point in time. With this renewed awareness, we live in accordance to our purpose, our true nature and enter a place of centered harmony as we create new relationships with life and the rest of creation.
