How we incorporate our values into our personal and business life can be difficult. We as a society have gotten away from integrity, ethics, and honesty in our dog eat dog world of daily business competition or in life’s competition. We see each other as competition, as an adverse problem, as an obstacle but we don’t see that we have lost the very foundation that keeps our integrity, honesty, values and ethics high. That very thing is spirituality.

"True Spirituality comes from the heart, it cannot be bought, worn like a costume, copied, pretending it or take it from someone else, it grows inside like a burning flame and resonates in everything you do and say, filling the world with light and love, validating your life. It defines and is who you are. It validates your work and others who come together in unity, for those who are truly spiritual, it brings out their high ethics, honesty, values, and integrity that is a part of the whole, making each of us a better person then what we would be."

When we see someone else’s work do we copy it and give them credit for their part of it, then expand on it, or do we just copy it and take credit for it. The problem today is that as a society we accept and condone the taking of others information, or work. What we do not see is this is causing a big rift not only in the veil of our world that goes into the Akashic Records, but goes down in life publically, personally and professionally as well as in our karma causing blockages, lack of advancement, and so on. It is the stumbling block in trusting and working together.

In school as children we are taught many things about plagiarism, values, ethics, honesty about giving credit where credit is due, and validating someone else’s hard work, but later in life it has become the norm and accepted to ignore individuals who take others works, ideas, and even projects for themselves and credited to them. Maybe all of this is due to society as a whole and the constant competitiveness to be on top or the best, or even out do someone else.

The time is now, and the place is here to stand up and make a difference. Come forth and show those around you in your business, professional life and personal life that values, honesty, integrity and ethics are still alive and well. Being spiritual is not about faith, and it is not a weakness. Spirituality brings the best our in each one of us, and when we are spiritual we validate each others lives, the honesty, the integrity, the ethics, and yes even the values.
But here is the catch. Spirituality brings out the best in us in these areas, but it can not be copied, pretended or worn like a costume or taken from someone else. Spirituality is deep within and this is what brings out the high ethics, honesty, values, and validation each one of us needs to feel that we are making a difference.

Validating of each other’s lives is what it is all about, the showing that each person, their work, their personal or business lives in just as important. It is about sharing and caring. Take the time to Validate someone’s life, is not hard. We connect with individual’s everyday of our life. What is validation you ask, it is the acceptance of one or their work, it is seeing this individuals as the special person or soul they are, it is confirming that they are important or the work they do is important, it is being a witness to the most amazing things in life, that brings out the best in each and everyone of us. Validating one’s life is openly displaying your honesty, integrity, values and ethics and beliefs that there is still good deep down inside of each and every one of us, if we just try. Sure in trying we may be knocked down by those who want it all now and at any cost, but when we get knocked down, we must get right back up and show the world that this is who we are and that we can be trusted in every way. This is what brings people to you is the light you not only resonate on the outside, but inside as well. We do this everyday to our love ones, family, significant other, children, friends, business associates and even the stranger on the street.

Let each one of us try using integrity, values, ethics, and honesty in our everyday life, be a role model for all those around you, validate their lives and yours will be validated beyond your wildest dreams or expectations.

My mother died suddenly October 20, 1987, at the age of 67 from a heart attack. Earlier that year she had told me about health problems she had experienced, and I told her that I believed she had suffered a heart attack and needed to see a medical doctor. “No,” she said, “They’ll just pick on my weight and I just don’t want to stop eating because it’s the only thing that makes me happy.” I knew that my mother was a very unhappy person, and I couldn’t argue with what she had stated. She had expressed for several years that she really wanted to die because she was so unhappy.
