Do you know what the best anti-aging skin care tips are? Here is a hint. They do not begin with lotions, potions or creams. They do not depend depend on cleansing and moisturizing agents, egg, oatmeal, cucumbers or any other potion of natural ingredients. Natural moisturizing and cleansing are fine. Howeve, these practices do not address the root of the problem. Why? They attack the problem from the outside in. Skin health begins from the inside out. The skin is the largest organ in our body. It protects our organs from trama, bacteria and toxins from the world around us. Our skin is the biggest single indicator of overall health. It generally tells the world around us how we have been eating, sleeping, our stress levels and whether or not we are exercising. --- Aging skin causes--- Our world is fast paced. We face many things that contribute to wrinkled, lined and diseased skin. While most of these things are obvious, we must strive to maintain balance in our lives. Some of these causes are:
  1. Stress and Anxiety. This is a big one. Everyone has some stress. Some have more than others. How we deal with it determines not only our skin condition but overall health. Stress can affect the other conditons below.
  2. Poor diet. You have heard the old cliche " You are what you eat" . Your skin reflects what you eat.
  3. Lack of exercise. Exercise causes circulation which brings oxygen, nutrients, and removes dead skin cells and toxins from the skin. Most people who exercise regularly have a nice redish glow to their skin.
  4. Hormonal Imbalance. Skin conditions many times reflect other health problems like thyroid imbalances. Always check with your doctor if conditions like moles, dark spots or warts appear.
  5. Refined sugar and processed carbohydrates. Did you know that eating refined sugar causes a condition called glycation in the skin. Glycation is a process that actually destroys the protein cells in our skin.
  6. Environmental Toxicity. If you work around solvents, paints, gasolines or other harsh chemicals always wear the prescribed safety equipment to minimize your exposure to chemicals. Chemicals can damage your skin.
  7. Bowel toxicity. Did you know the average american has 7 to 25 pounds of fecal matter stored in their colons. YUCK! Sobering and gross is'nt it? If you feel you have this condition there is help. Colonics, a natural practice whereby the colon is washed internally every 4 to 6 months removes toxins. Most people who practice this natural therapy swear by it. They say they feel immensely better. One person I spoke with lost 10 pounds in the first month using this therapy. What's better is that it is painless and you feel great afterwards. Not to mention your skin takes on a glow.
  8. Colon maintenance begins with raw foods, fiber, fruits, and juicing.
  9. Sun exposure. This probably is the most destrucive in our society. Everyone wants that youthful dark look. However UV rays are destructive. They break down our cellular structure and cause rogue cells to grow out of control. This condition is called melanoma. UV radiation is very much like nuclear radiation. Even tanning beds are bads. Don't risk it! More and more cases of melanoma cancer are appearing on young people from the use of tanning beds.
  10. It is important to note that the Sun is a good source of Vitamin D. Twenty minutes of exposure to the sun from dawn to 10:00 AM or from 04:00 PM to dusk is safe. UV rays bounce off the atmosphere at this angle of incidence minimizing UV radiation.
  11. Heredity. Some conditions are hereditary. However with good health pratices and nutrition, You can avert a lot of problems.
  12. Smoking. Smoking causes vascular constriction which minimizes good circulation. Have you ever noticed blue colored veins on the face of an individual who smokes.
While minimizing all the above conditions will improve your skin condition, I would be totally amiss in not mentioning the most important element of skin health. Do you know what it is? ---The best antiaging skin care tip of all--- You will see a lots of information on the conditions I have listed above. But not many will mention the most important element of skin health. Do you know what that is: Collagen Collagen is the most important key ingredient in the formation, restoration and maintenance of skin. So the best antiaging skin care tip I can give you is to help you maximize your production of collagen. Collagen is formed from basic peptides or amino acids. These amino acids form the basic proteins that make up our skin. I am going to list below the ingredients I use. They work. I have seen crows feet, lines and sagging skin disaappear from my face.
  1. L-arginine
  2. BCAA-The branched chain aminos
  3. L-Proline
  4. Fish oil
  5. Dairy whey
  6. Juicing

As a member of The National Writers Union for many years, I have been aware of the problems experienced by educated, professional writers. Many have been deprived of their contracted fees. Others have had their writing plagiarized or syndicated without their consent and without payment to the writer by unscrupulous publishers and authors. But the Writers’ Union has done something about that. Jointly, as a group, they have managed to fight for the rights of individual writers.

Reawakening love IS possible. It happens all the time. Just when you most feel like giving up, letting go and moving on, stop and reevaluate before leaving. Yes, there are some relationships that have truly run their course. Perhaps the reason for connecting no longer exists and both would be happier elsewhere. But very often, two people reach an impassem, an inevitable butting of heads and personality differences, and instead of working through the issues they just give up and leave.

What do YOU believe are the 3 causes of all relationship problems? * Inadequate Money? * Not enough or too much Sex? * Friends interfering? * Family triangles and intrusions? * Poor communication? * Emotional Imbalance? Relationships are more complex than many of us care to admit. We choose a person who attracts us because of the way they look, behave and feel. And, inevitably, as we get closer and know each other better, those very same previously wonderful qualities can become a thorn in our side.

Ever since I began seeing my private therapy and coaching clients, over two decades ago, I have been longing to work with a Virtual Assistant. In fact, I wanted this type of personal assistance to help me cope with my family, my relationships, my career path, and even my health many years before this type of service became available online. When I was single, I would often choose a partner who looked good physically or sounded wonderful at first but proved to be either emotionally or financially bereft – and I thought I had made another “bad” choice.r
