Some of the functions of this hormone include utilization of fat, breakdown of proteins and enhancing the growth of tissues. Most of the body builders out there use this hormone. They use it due to its muscle enhancing attributes.

This hormone was first formulated in the 20’s in order to aid the children that suffered from stunted growth. The method that was used was crude as it involved grinding up the pituitaries of cadavers, and the resulting solution administered to the children. It was found to work however. From then, more of its applications have been discovered and has been used for many different functions today, such as body building, fighting aging and assisting in weight loss.
Function
The main reason behind introducing this hormone to the body is because of the effects it has to the system. Normally, HGH causes the cells to reproduce, thereby increasing the size of the various tissues in the body, the muscles included. Additionally, this hormone also aids in the transportation of amino acids as well as the synthesis of proteins. The resultant effects of all these actions are the gain in the mass of muscles and the loss of fat.
Time framer
The normal HGH cycle ranges from five to eight months with one or two injections each day. During this whole time it is administered as follows: first it is continuous for seven days, and then the dosage dropped to either a five or six days, depending on how the doctor prescribed the administration. The shelf life of the hormone is around thirty to forty five minutes and after two to six hours of administration is when the maximum levels of the hormone are noticed inside the blood stream. If you want to lose fat quickly, then it is advised that you adopt a four week cycle.

HGH consists of a sequence of one hundred and ninety one amino acids. The effectiveness of this hormone is greatly improved if it is coupled with other substances like androgens, insulin and hormones. One of its attributes that make it so appealing to the bodybuilders and athletes is that it cannot be discovered using urine tests. Amounts of this hormone takes depend on the needs of the individual. For those that want this drug to aid in the metabolism of fat or fighting aging, then a dosage of 3 IUs each day is appropriate.
