I would recommend it to anyone who has been on a metaphysical spiritual path for some time. It is easy to read, and it describes beautifully how we can upgrade our lives by doing her suggested "Divine Human Upgrades". We are all products of our upbringing, and Suzanna tells us that our whole way of seeing the world and relating to people (and those ever important -- male/female relationships) is based on what we experienced from ages 1 - 7 years. Nothing new about that, but, she goes deeply into how we have carried this "information" and beliefs throughout our lives and how we react totally from the deepseated beliefs we developed from the early programming. If you want to truly move out old patterns and wornout beliefs, I really recommend this book. Exercises are included in the book for the Upgrades, so you can do the work, by reading the book. nYou can go to her web site where she offers programs, either by tele-class or CDs and workbook, etc. to really dig in and clear old patterns once and for all.
