If you’re feeling stuck in a job you don’t like and are looking to move into something more in line with your purpose and what you love, here’s the catch—you need to be in the vibrational vicinity of what you want before it can manifest in your life.
There’s a saying that you can’t leave something until you love it. That simply means you have to stop complaining about how much you hate your current job and find things that make it more enjoyable. Focus on what you can find to like about where you are while holding the vision of where you want to be.
Here are some suggestions to get you on your way:
1. Appreciation—What we focus on expands. So, what do you appreciate in your work situation? Make a list of the positive aspects of where you are. Is there a co-worker whose company you enjoy? Have you learned any new skills? What perks do you have, like health insurance? Even if the only thing you like is that you have a paycheck, be appreciative of that (yes, even if you’d like it to be larger, be grateful for what you do have coming in).
2. Laugh! Cultivate a laugh buddy. Find someone who enjoys finding funny stories to laugh about and share your laughter. Laughter is a high vibration that puts you in alignment with what you want!
3. Take breaks—False fatigue sets in when you don’t get up and move at intervals. When you have false fatigue, you’re actually less efficient than if you take regular, scheduled breaks. Movement is important, so get up and walk around to stretch your legs and get your blood flowing. If you can go outside in a natural setting that’s even better. The Pomodoro Technique suggests 25 minutes of uninterrupted work and then a short break. After four rounds, take a longer break of 20 or 30 minutes.
4. Meditate—Even if all you do is close your eyes for a minute and breathe deeply, that will renew you. You can incorporate this into your Pomodoro break! Another idea is to look at something in your environment, such as a plant or a painting that is interesting and intriguing to you. What do you like about it? What do you see that others may miss? When we move our focus away from our usual routine we open new neural pathways in our brain, which helps us stay creative. When you're being creative, you're more engaged with your work.
5. Decorate your work space in a way that is pleasing to you. Make sure it is organized and uncluttered, as we think better and feel better in “tidy” spaces. You want to feel good in the space where you spend so much of your day!
6. Be kind — Pay a colleague a compliment or do something nice for him or her. Take an interest in your co-workers. If you notice someone may be having a bad day, offer a listening ear and really pay attention when they speak.
While noticing more to like about your current situation, you can begin to take the steps you need to move into your true passion and calling. Set your intention to appreciate what you have and be eager for what’s next.

What does it mean to be selfless, and how can someone become more selfless in life?
According to the spiritual science of Akram Vignan, the meaning of âselflessâ is to live oneâs life for the sole purpose of serving others, by whatever means one can and according to oneâs skill set and ability; and to do so without expecting anything whatsoever in return. Param Pujya Dadashri, the founder of Akram Vignan, makes us understand how every living beingâs life should be, through an illustration of the tree: âDo any of the fruit trees eat their own frui

How to Donate?
Worrying that your money will be used up cannot preoccupy you. Whatever money is spent is fine. The spending of money is encouraged because it destroys your greed and allows you to keep giving.
