Written by R Paul Elliott
Burn it off now is the mindset of almost everyone in the gym and also a great number of the population when the subject of fat is brought up. But how to do that is the subject of countless thousands of articles on the internet. We are immediately overwhelmed by an excess of information.
In writing this article on Burn it off now I will share with you some tips that I have found that might prove useful in the quest of fat loss and give a little help in your fat loss goals.
First and the most important thing is that you must eat fewer calories than your body needs in order to burn fat. To help you burn it off now eat a wide variety of whole, natural foods, including lots of fruits and vegetables. Remember that it's very difficult to consume too many calories from fruits and vegetables.
Second, if you are a soda drinker be very aware of the amount of sugar contained in each can that you drink (I won't even go into the evils of diet drinks) Just keep close track of your sugar intake. For a change you might want to switch to water for a while. Besides being good for you it will speed up your metabolism and help you to burn it off now.
Third, think vegetables. I won't go into how this works in you dieting program, but suffice to say that more consumption of vegetables will help speed you along your course to less fat. Here is a short list of good vegetables to be considered: Broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cabbage and cauliflower are fat-bu
ing vegetables that are high in fiber and have a low caloric content. Green leafy vegetables like kale, lettuce and spinach are low in fat and calories and add bulk to the diet through their high fiber content and will leave you feeling satisfied.
Fourth, think lean meat and fish. Usually top on the diet list is chicken breasts. They are very low in fat content and can be used in so many ways: grilled, backed, broiled, and also in so many tasty salad combination. Turkey is another great meat which is loaded in protein and is low in fat. Just be sure to buy turkey in its natural state and not your usual Thanks Giving Type which may have extra butter added. And last, depending on your preferences, consider Salmon. A really great meat that is really loaded in protein and Omega 3 Amino fatty acids which will aid in boosting your metabolism with a plus factor that it tastes great.
Fifth, to burn it off now you might want to consider Citrus fruits like grapefruit, oranges, lemons, limes and tangerines all of which contain high amounts of vitami
C (ascorbic acid). Vitamin C does have a fat burning quality that may aid in fat loss and reduction of cholesterol.
And lastly remember that the fat went on one ounce at a time and it will come off the same way. To burn it off now be sure to use common sense in your dieting programs, get plenty of sleep and if you have any doubts about what is best for you see your Doctor for advice.
