Business Bay is a central business area with a network of roads, pathways and canals covering residential and commercial developments. Its architecture was completed

in 2008 with an estimate that this development is expected to be completed in between 2012 and 2015. Sheikh Mohammad Bin Rshed Al Makhtoum, the UAE Vice President,

Prime Minister, Minister of Defence and Ruler of Dubai dreamed this wonderful project with an ongoing status at present. This will cover an area of 64,000,000 square

feet which, when completed, will consist of residential and commercial towers fulfilling the needs of millions of businessman and their local individuals.

Within the whole region of Business Bay, Bay Square is a mix community that will comprise of about more than 500 offices on its completion. Side ways, cafes, retail

stores and restaurants will also be a part of it. The Executive Tower will be the unit of it which will be the first to be completed. It is consisted of 12 towers

related to residential, officials and commercial ones. Through a special route, it will be connected to vision tower. Bay Avenue will be covering indoor and outdoor

retail shops including restaurants, plazas, play areas, etc. Another 5-star hotel that lies under Business Bay is Dubai Creek Extension which is under construction.

This plan will extend the already existing Dubai Creek from 14 Km to 26.2 Km ranging from its original place to the Business Bay and the Persian Gulf.

The previous name of Downtown Dubai was Downtown Burj Dubai which is divided into the following main projects;

  • Burj Khalifa
  • Dubai Fountain
  • Dubai Mall
  • Burj Park Island
  • The Address Downtown Dubai Hotel

This complex is situated near Sheikh Zayed Road and is connected to the Dubai Metro via Burj Khalifa Dubai Mall Metro Station. An amount of USD20 Billion (Dh 373

Billion) will be incurred at the completion time of this project.

facilities, Qix Club, children’s program, etc. Honeymoon and weddings along with health clubs are also lightening this world’s tallest building.

The list of masterpiece developments in Dubai is not ended up here, but it continues with the introduction to Green Community. “A quality development by Properties

Investment LLC, a joint venture company between union properties PTSC & Dubai Investments PTSC”.

Green Community development will serve through the friendly pleasant shopping centres and restaurants with a convenient and fully facilitated atmosphere. Swimming pool

and fully equipped gymnasium will add more value in this project. It is comprised of 719 residential units that include family and luxury villas, garden apartments and

terrace apartments.
