Most people who wish to lose weight are usually confused whenever they read conflicting opinions about carbohydrates and its effect on weight loss. Thus, I want to clear all misunderstandings about this topic through this article.
Although I am not a great supporter of diets with nearly zero carbohydrates intake such as the Atkins diet, I believe that one of the key reasons many obese people remain overweight is due to them eating too much of refined and processed carbohydrates like white bread or pasta.
