I’ve been working with a young man from Indiana for almost 3 years now. He came to me with a mind full of racing fearful thoughts… or what some call Obsessive Compulsive Disorder or OCD… and it was destroying his life.
Whole-Foods Plant-Based Diet and Lifestyle
First of all, I recommended that he go on my Whole-Foods Plant-Based Diet and Lifestyle. And most of all start drinking organic green juices… for him drinking 16 to 32 oz of green juice daily… and this really helped his obsessive thinking. But he still had his mind moving way too fast. Go to www.paulhaider.com to find my diet.
Vipassana Meditation Retreat
Then, I recommended that he take a FREE 10 day Vipassana Meditation Retreat… and he was reluctant at first… but he really wanted to overcome his OCD. So he took the Vipassana Retreat and came back a totally different person… his racing thoughts disappeared completely… his OCD vanished. Wow, that was amazing… he was a totally different person who talked very calmly now and was not racing all the time. And he was meditating for 1 hour in the morning and 1 hour in the evening and he was doing great… and this went on for about 18 months.
A person could also learn T M Meditation instead of Vipassana either one will work.
Silent Chanting
I also recommended that he start silently saying a spiritual passage to himself whenever his mind was not busy. It could be just a personal name of God said over and over again, or a passage from a spiritual text, it does not matter… just something uplifting and empowering… and this also helped in a great way.
Some Time Went By
Then this young man became very busy at work… so busy that he forgot to do his meditation in the morning and evening and he was not eating according to my diet and lifestyle… thus and his OCD came back. And again his mind was racing with fearful thoughts.
Back into Meditation, Diet, and Chanting
Then I recommended that he get back into the groove of meditating for 1 hour in the morning and 1 hour in the evening and to go back to my Whole-Foods Plant-Based Diet and Lifestyle and saying his silent chant when his mind was not busy. This took him 2 weeks to get back into the groove… and have all the racing thoughts disappear. And from that point on his OCD has not returned.
And I have had other people with OCD that I recommended this program too and the ones that stick with this program with fervor have all become completely healed of their OCD… and now they have peace of mind.
Many Blessings to Everyone!

Hinting is not clear communication
Unfortunately, I hear it often from clients and random conversations with friends and other people that they want to consider a person to be clueless or even stupid because that person did not understand them hinting about an issue. Many people do hint and actually think that people that they are hinting to should be a
