Change Your Lifestyle Into A Healthstyle: 6 Easy Steps....As You Begin Your Day!
Health....Let's turn it up a notch! Here are a few simple suggestions to improve the quality of your life first thing in the morning!
1.Have a glass or cup of water with lemon . It's very alkaline...which is a good thing!
2.Meditation/prayer. Take a quiet moment and visualize the way you want your day to be. See yourself, healthy, smiling, vibrant, healed, loving, abundant. Put some wonderful positive affirmations in there also! During this quiet time you may get "ideas" or other important information from your gut/intuition. Pay attention: you will learn something!
3.Exercise for 20-30 minutes. Something to get your lymphatic system going is excellent. Rebounding (mini trampoline), walking/jogging, dancing, hula hooping, jumping rope...shakin that booty any way you can!
4.Have a green juice. 14-16 oz twice a day ideally. Fresh is best so try to make ahead. It will last up to 2 days... See recipes in the recipe section of JobriLife.com.
5.Dry skin brush before your shower. Begin from your toes stroking upward to your heart ...then from the neck down towards the heart; This will stimulate the lymphatic system which influences immune function and gets those white cells moving! White cells are the Generals in your body's immune army!
6.Floss your teeth and scrape your tongue. This helps remove bacteria from your teeth, gums and mouth. Inflamed gums have been linked to heart disease. An easy way to help prevent this as well as the overall level of inflammation in your body!
Now you can enjoy a healthier day! Remember to eat anti inflammatory foods throughout the day by increasing your intake of enzyme rich green leafy salads, fresh fruits and other veggies/plants! Remove one thing a day such as refined sugar, caffeine (at least cut down), wheat/gluten, dairy....and always increase your filtered water intake.
Congratulations! You're on your way to a new "Healthstyle".
