This is the Channeled Message for October 2011 that I just received for all of you beloved beings, my brothers and sisters in light.
"Open, open to the TRUTH of your being. You are LOVE made manifest in flesh. You are the sons and daughters of the Divine. Your birthright is to live in FREEDOM, in PEACE, in JOY. Live your TRUTH courageously, for you are not alone. We the White Brotherhood/Sisterhood are here for you lovingly guiding you in the moment. We speak to you in the inner silence within you."

Channeled Messages
Channeled messages are messages that come from a higher source. Some examples are angels, spirit guides, ascended masters like Jesus, Mother Mary, Kwan Yin, Archangel Michael, the White Brotherhood/Sisterhood to name a few.
The person receiving the message, the channel, needs to be open hearted and open minded. Getting out of the way and allowing the guidance to come through unedited is essential in channeled messages. Practicing meditation helps the messenger to still the mind, go within and receive the message from the higher source.
The intention to be a channel of truth allows the message to come through in pure form. There is no room for the ego here. It is not about the messenger. The channeled messages have center stage.
Meditation
The first step for me in realizing I had access to divine wisdom was learning meditation. Even though at first I wasn’t sure if I was meditating correctly or not, I kept at it daily with the guidance from the weekly meditation class that I attended back in the summer of 1983.
By September of that year I was able to go into a meditation space by relaxing, focusing on my breath and trusting the higher power inside. I would then receive answers to questions posed by myself or by others.
We all have the ability to receive messages from the divine. The place to begin is with meditation by listening to God through the still small voice within. Start by closing your eyes, relax and take three cleansing breaths. This is your special time to remember who you are and to connect with Goddess through your intuition.
In meditation you keep your mind focused on one thing such as your breath. When you catch your thoughts focused on other things, just bring it back to focus on the breath, again and again. Do not give up because your thoughts keep drifting to everything else besides the breath. The rational mind wants to stay in control so it becomes more activated in meditation.
Be open to receiving messages from Spirit to guide you are your path. We receive messages in many ways. What is your intuition or your dreams telling you? Goddess always guides us to what is best for us. Trust that truth and be set free to live in the moment as the child of God that you are. That is true FREEDOM.

For more than 28 years I have been helping many people from all walks of life and across the world including India, China and England.
Some clients prefer to come for an Intuitive Reading in person. However, the majority of my clients call me for phone sessions. Intuition is unlimited as God is unlimited so it doesn't matter whether you are in the same room with me or in Hong Kong! When a client sets up an Intuitive Reading session with me I suggest that they write down their questions before the session. The specific questions help the client to focus their intention on what they want guidance for in their life.
At the beginning of the Intuitive Reading with each individual, I go into a meditative state and ask Spirit to allow me to be a clear and pure channel of love, healing and guidance for the client. The answer to each question flows through me in words and pictures. The information that I channel is spiritual yet practical.

Intuitive Readings & Spiritual Guidance
Intuitive Readings are based on the client's questions about relationships, career issues, emotional issues, health, attitudes and beliefs, loved ones who have passed on and more. Maureen goes into a meditative state where she accesses specific guidance in answer to the questions being asked. The channeled information she receives during an intuitive reading is spiritual, yet very practical. After a reading with Maureen, individuals feel more relaxed, reassured and more positive about their lives.
Reiki Training & Reiki Healing
In September 1992 Maureen received her first degree Reiki training. After years of practicing Reiki healing in small groups, workshops, centers, and retreats throughout the United States, Maureen received her second degree Reiki and Reiki Master Degree in August 1999.
