Chanting is the process of rhythmically saying or singing words or sounds of power. You can chant a mantra, a holy text, the name of God, of an Ascended Master, Angel or saint. You can chant anything you want to align with. You can do it alone or in groups, during the day or during meditation.
Chanting mantras is a very powerful tool to help us align with our Higher Self and Monad.
All major religions and schools of occult philosophy speak of chants and mantras as a key Spiritual practice to attune with the Divine within. We all know of the Gregorian chants, Vedic chants, Buddhist chants and Hindu chants, but there are really chants in all cultures around the world.
Chanting engages the emotional body and helps to generate devotion towards Spirit, as well as purifies our four-body system and mind. The steady tone and even pace have a very soothing effect on both body and mind.
Chanting mantras is an integral part of the Integrated Ascended Master’s daily routine.
