What? You can't eat a computer! How can it make you fat?! You sit in front of it most of the day at work,if you work in an office, and then you sit in front of it at home to play games, make extra money,or just unwind.
Which means you don't MOVE!You sit hunched over causing back pain and neck pain, eye strain from squinting at the monitor, back pain from just sitting in a certain position all the time and neck pain from looking at the keyboard.
What you do and how you do it greatly affects your weight. Then to make matters worse we nibble on something, usually junk, while we sit in front of the computer. That left over pizza from last night,Twinkies, cheese puffs,or maybe you grabbed something from McD's or BK on the way home.
Whatever the case, you're not doing yourself any favors.Computers have become worse than televisions as far as how much time we spend on them.Televisions were great when they first came out, just like computers were great when they first came out.We now have a lot of information at our fingertips. But at what cost?
The health industry has blamed television for the obesity problem in our young people and adults. But what about the computer? It is actually causing the obesity rate to double every year.So what do we do about it? Get rid of the computers? Nah.We didn't get rid of the tv's did we?Nope. We most likely never will either.
Just be more aware of what you eat,how much you eat and leave the tv's and computers alone for a few hours a week.Go outside and DO something.Yes,it's wintertime and it's too cold in some parts of the country to actually do anything outside. But there are things you can do inside to get exercise.
The kids can actually clean their rooms.WHAT?Yep.Cleaning your room is really good exercise. You bend to pick things up off the floor, you vacuum the carpet, you make the bed,you can even help do laundry.
All of this helps stretch your muscles and burns calories which helps you to lose weight.Mom does the house cleaning and she's not skinny skinny. That's because Mom is stressed out trying to keep up with kids, dad, school work and housework.Pitch in and help and maybe mom will be skinny skinny.
The point is, everyone has to do something to help improve their overall health and weight.Eating healthy doesn't hurt a bit either. You don't have to give up a lot of the foods you eat, just change how you eat them.
You change the how you eat by why you eat it.If you eat cheese puffs while sitting at the computer try something healthier like carrot sticks, bananas, apple slices, even a bowl of cereal like Cheerios.Changing what you eat and how you use food will greatly improve your chances of losing unwanted weight even during the winter months. If you need help on what foods you need to eat Fat Loss Factor has it. You can go to amylewisworld.com to get Fat Loss Factor.
