A concept design is one in which that has not been created, but can be with CAD or Computer Aided Drafting. In most situations a company that needs something designed has a concept design of what they would like to develop, whether it's a design for architecture, or for a mechanical part. In either situation a CAD Drafter must develop a 3D model usually from a set of 2D blueprints that has been provided by the company purchasing the conceptual design. Custom CAD design can be provided by certain companies that specialize in 3D Models and 3D Modeling. Once the concept design is drawn by the CAD company a file can be sent to another CNC Machine company that takes the file and inserts it into special machines that can perform several task to create what the CAD Drafting company designed. These conceptual designs can also be made into a variety of materials like a special mold for custom fiberglass designs, or maybe a mechanical part for a custom car. So many different things can be designed in this world, and it all starts with the conceptual design. This concept design has normally, and in most situations been pre-evaluated by several members of the company purchasing the design. Once a concept design has excited the company or person in charge of marketing they usually strive to get exactly what they have foreseen. This is where the Custom CAD drafting company is relied on completely to produce the conceptual design. These CAD drafting and 3d modeling companies can be found online. Most CAD drafting services only deal in specific fields such as architecture, or civil, but there are a few out there that can create custom 3d models for just about anything. Maybe something like the rims for your car you wish you had, but they don't make, or how about a hood with a scoop of that you've dreamed for years about but they don't make it anywhere. Well these special CAD drafting services can design any custom piece of equipment imaginable, and if you have a good enough idea you can make a lot of money with your own conceptual design. To understand what a paper(blueprints) to CAD conversion is you must first understand what CAD is. These three letters represent Computer Aided Design or Drafting. In the past about ten or more years ago the main form of technical drawing or drafting was done with several different instruments that would perform task like measuring, creating arcs and circles, offsetting lines that are parallel and perpendicular, and creating any type of line you can imagine. Nowadays we use CAD to handle all of this work due to the precision, accuracy, and general ease of design it allows.r

If you’re a person that deals in any kind of design business I’m sure you’ve heard the phrase CAD somewhere or have seen it in some sort of literature. The letters in CAD have a special meaning that is known as Computer Aided Design or Drafting. This is basically designing technical drawings with the assistance of computer software. This software has been around for a while now, but is just now being recognized as much as it’s counterpart the drafting table. This practice of using a drafting board to design blueprints is still used today, but has nowhere near the presence it once had.

The split level was conceived for the sloping or hilly lot. It takes advantage of what might otherwise prove to be a troublesome difference in elevation and uses it to advantage. As a general rule, a split level should not be built on a flat lot. Mounding up soil in front of the high section to give the appearance of a hill usually yields poor results.r

To start off with we need to explain what CAD is if you don’t already know. Years ago before everyone had a PC or personal computer, drafting was done with a drafting table and a number of other instruments like the ruler, compass, and T-square. Since technology has spread, so have the techniques we use to design blueprints and other 3D Models. The majority of the drafting community and drafting professionals use CAD or Computer Aided Design.
