Consciousness and eating patterns

There is a saying: "We are what we eat".
Unfortunately, not every person understands the deeper meaning of this phrase.
We compare ourselves to the people around us, and we encounter folks who have different eating patterns. Time after time, we wonder why people with bad habits live longer than do those who watch what they eat.
To understand this from the Western philosophy point of view is practically impossible.
For example, the logic of Western medicine is that food consists of calories, carbohydrates, fats, proteins, and relatively recently discovered vitamins.
The Western mentality almost totally ignores the energetic and spiritual impact of the food.
However, in addition to the physical body, humans have a spiritual core—i.e. our soul, which forms our consciousness.
All eight billion people living on Earth have different consciousnesses.
Each of us must exchange energies with the universe. This exchange happens without our intending for it to do so.
However, the requirements for the purity of energy differ from person to person.
In other words, the level of individual consciousness determines the quality of the requested energy.
A lower-conscious individual has a "right" to send less pure energies than does a man with a higher consciousness.
In other words, the higher consciousness demands a supreme quality of energy to send above.
Health and self-comfort are dependent on the balance between the level of conscious and dedicated food.
Let's look at a few examples.
Low Consciousness Level 1:
Dedicated food: two-day-old or older food, reheated meals, deep-fried and canned food, cheap alcohol.
Low Consciousness Level 2:
Greasy fast food, soda, cheap beer, tobacco.
Low Consciousness Level 3:
Non-separated food (mixed foods like potatoes with meat, cheese with bread, etc.), canned juices, canned fruits, chlorinated boiled water; consumption of raw food is only occasional and up to 10%.
A person with low levels consciousness "works" on dense types of energy vibrations.
These vibrations do not require excellence in either food or water. A high-fat, low-quality meal does not prevent this person from engaging in his daily routines.
4. Higher Consciousness Level 1:
Separated food (meat and vegetables, cheese and berries), fine wine, water from mountains, raw food 25%.
5. Higher Consciousness Level 2:
Ayurvedic eating habits.
Food according to the human's energy type, vegetarian, fresh juices, raw food 25-35%.
Higher consciousness requires cleaner energy channels for transmitting and receiving energy flows.
Just like dirt can block a water pipe, impurities of the unhealthy food can clog a human's energy channels. Disturbed energy flow generates sicknesses.
However, for a high level of consciousness, the requirements for food and water quality are even higher.
6. High Consciousness:
Raw food (70%), fruits, vegetables, berries, fresh fish, sprouted seeds, seaweed, sauerkraut, nuts, dry fruits and grains, unrefined oils, pure water from mountains or distilled water.
Now imagine that a person with higher consciousness persists with lousy eating patterns.
The energy flow between this person and the higher world is not as smooth as it should be. At a certain point, the person will suffer from an energy imbalance.
Fatigue, bad moods and loss of energy will appear at the emotional level, affecting the physical body and forcing it to become sick.
To stay "safe", healthier eating habits must slowly but steadily be incorporated into one's daily life.
